I am not a morning person. Mornings I might consider my knitting, I do the dishes from the night before, but up fruit for our breakfast, make coffee, start loads of laundry, look at the front section of the NYT, and mostly, hang out in my head. There is a lot going on there, so it is a nice place to be. ⠀ ⠀ I am almost always at my desk by 9:30, usually earlier. Before that, I don't want conversation and have been known to be snappish or easily startled. Every morning I choose how I will dress, what jewelry and accessories I will wear, then I shower and put on makeup.
