Baseball is also just a quieter game. You can wander off and come back and not really miss much, whereas if you look away from the screen for a second in hockey you'll have no idea where the puck went.
yeah though you can wander off and miss a grand slam, too. but it is very much a quieter game, that is true.

You picked a very exciting and fast paced sport to start with! =P
i mean i care about the Red Sox but like. They haven’t come close to the WS since i did start caring about them so. The stress levels haven’t been nearly as much.

You might look at track + react! which is supposed to be for arthritis, but would likely work else wise, as well.
Cool! Thanks :)

I trained myself to fall asleep to movies. I do my brushing/etc & start the movie and my body knows it is sleep time. I suggest Disney ones.
i usually fall asleep to podcasts or audiobooks and it's usually great, but there are some nights i reset the sleep timer three times and i'm still staring at the ceiling. so those are the ones i want to make note of.

This is fascinating. Your responses to synesthesia are remarkably similar to stims that people on the spectrum use.
i've definitely noticed that myself. It sort of makes sense, since ASD and synesthesia both have to do with abnormal sensory perception and processing.
