She had been back at her Castle for some time since her last voyage out into the universe. Her Court were not to keen on her constantly traveling, though she always responded with a "I'll be stuck in one place soon enough" to get them quiet. Boredom had taken over once more, and the ever eager princess yearned to explore.
Thus, she slipped away to the realm that she would be guarding full-time. Her gaze rested on the door that would soon be her post, it's ornate details adding to its magnificence. Hoping that the Queen would never know of her "youthful" rule-breaking, she opened the door and stepped into the time-stream, her mind set on Earth in the future.
When her surroundings came back into focus (the weightlessness of the time-stream still lingering in her head), she gazed around in amazement. If all had worked as plan, she was on Earth in what the Earthlings would probably call the mid-1800s. It was far in the future, and yet the Princess found the initial daze wearing off. For so many years to pass, the Earthlings were terribly slow at developing technology.
She walked, building a profile for herself in the chance she talked with anyone. Her dress probably looked odd to the people of this time, not at all in what seemed to be the popular fashion of the women on the streets. Pluto soon lost herself in her thoughts, question after question filling her mind of this world. What would she learn on this little adventure...?
"Ah--!" A quiet gasp left her lips as she realized she had bumped into someone. Taking one, two steps back, she bowed immediately. "My apologies, sir!"
