Rose and Joey loved their little brother! They would steal him and take him on little adventures. The park, ice cream, street fairs, etc. When Slade was on missions, they would alternate who would watch him. 

Shiva isn’t really the mom-type so she kinda just handed Jason off to Slade and vanished. They didn’t know anything at first, Slade isn’t really known for talking about his private life, but as soon as they found out about Jason and knowing how Slade is, the two (plus Wintergreen) sat him down and told Slade he needed to sort his shit out. That he could have another Grant, another Joey, another Rose happen. 

Surprisingly he listened. As a result, his relationship with all of them improved and Jason grew up loved.

I mean until he vanished. 

When Jason was kidnapped, they freaked out. The whole family searched for days, weeks, months. No one gave up but when you have no leads... by the end of the first month, no one had any favors left to call in. They searched everything they possibly could. Slade shook down every enemy he had. Every enemy they had.

No conceivable stone was left unturned and several inconceivable ones were tossed. 

Nothing. 

The Court is good at what they do. 

To this day, they remember Jason and miss him dearly.
