“But daddy, the sun is already up so I’m already up.” She reasoned with her father, giving him her puppy dog eyes.

I chuckled, “We’re up sweetie, we’re up.”

The two of us sat up as Elise crawled in between us.

“What do you want to have for breakfast princess?” Fred asked, as he placed an arm around my shoulder.

Our daughter thought about it for a moment, “How about some pancakes with whipped cream and chocolate syrup.”

Fred and I laughed as he nudged me, “You heard our princess.”

I got out of bed as I lifted Elise out of Fred’s arms making a small giggle escape from her lips.

“And what the princess wants, the princess gets.” I said as I carried our daughter out of the room.

Fred scrambled out of bed, “Hey wait for me!”

“Run.” I told Elise, placing her down as the two of us ran to the kitchen.

But Fred still managed to catch up with us, grabbing me by the waist as he caught me and hurriedly scooping Elise up, our laughs echoing across the walls.

“So, you two thought that you could get away from me that easily huh?” He said, burying his head in the crook of my neck.

“Maybe?” I said in a playful tone.

Fred chuckled as he leaned forward and connected our lips together.

“Aaaw,” Elise cooed as she rested her head on Fred’s shoulder, “you and Daddy are so romantic!”

I pulled away from Fred and my daughter, walking over to the kitchen counter, “Well, let’s start making some breakfast now. I don’t want my princess and my king to starve now do I?”

After breakfast, Fred and I were busy washing the dishes while Elise was playing in the living room.

When were done, Elise suddenly came running to us, holding a brown leather book as she said, “Mummy! Daddy! Look what I found!”

Fred scooped her up, “What’s that you got there bub?”

“It’s full of pictures of you and Mummy!” She said happily, waving the book slightly.

I gently took the book out of her hands, “It’s our photo album Freddie.” I said, looking up at my husband with a small smile.

I flipped through, looking back fondly at the days when our main goal was to cause mayhem and mischief throughout the school.

“That’s you and daddy and Uncle Georgie!” Elise said excitedly, pointing to a picture that was taken during our second year.

Fred chuckled, “Even at the age of 12 your mum was a hot as hell.”

The three of us walked to the living room and sat down on the couch, Elise leaning against Fred’s chest as we placed the album on my lap.

We came across a picture of Fred and I during our first-year dating anniversary which we celebrated at Hogwarts.

“We exactly are you taking me Freddie?” I asked as Fred led me to who knows where with a blindfold over my eyes.

I heard him chuckle, “Well doll, if I told you, then it wouldn’t exactly be a surprise anymore.”

“Just a tiny hint.” I pleaded as best as I could, “Please!”

“Don’t worry doll. You’ll find out soon enough.” He said.

After a few more minutes of walking, we finally stopped.

My boyfriend leaned forward and whispered, “You ready for your surprise princess?”

I nodded, “Yes please.”

He slowly took off the blindfold revealing the sight in front of me.

A picnic blanket was laid on the grass together with a variety of food.

“Freddie.” I said, absolutely stunned and speechless, “You didn’t have to do this.”

He smiled, placing a kiss on my temple, “I know, but I wanted to. Besides, we’re celebrating our first year of dating. It had to be special.”

“You look so pretty there mummy!” Elise said, looking up at me.

Fred laughed, placing a kiss on the top of her head, “Your mum always looks gorgeous.”

I tapped her on the nose playfully, “Besides, your father is quite handsome as well.”

“See?” Fred said, giving our daughter a little wink, ‘Your she is still swooning over me.”

I rolled my eyes, “Am not.” I said before adding under my breath, “Yes, I am.”

“I heard that.” Fred said with a small smirk.

“Whatever.”

We scanned the rest of the page’s contents, until we stopped at a problem taken during the Yule Ball.

Elise gasped in awe, “You and daddy look like a prince and princess.”

“Smile you two.” Ginny said, as the flash of the camera went off.

“Thanks Ginny!” I thanked her as I took the camera and the picture from her.

“Have fun you two!” She said, giving a small but cheeky wink as she went off to find Neville.

Fred took my hand as he lifted it up to his lips and placed a kiss along my knuckles, “Can I have this dance mi ‘lady?”

I giggled at his antics, playing along as I gave him a small curtsy, “You may, my ginger in shining armor.”

He laughed, “I like the sound of that.”

We danced the night away like it would never happen again.

It was like something out of a fairytale, the usual black and house colored uniform attire was transformed into colorful gowns.

“Penny for your thoughts.” My boyfriend said, leaning forward and pressing a brief kiss on my lips.

I giggled, “You. You always seem to occupy my thoughts nowadays.”

He chuckled, pressing our foreheads together, “Can’t seem to get enough of me, can you?”

“Never.”

“That was one wonderful night.” I said with a content smile.

“What happened there?” Elise asked.

I giggled, ruffling her hair, “It was a ball honey.”

She looked up at me with wide eyes, “Like the ones princesses and princes attend?”

I nodded, “Exactly like the ones princesses and princes attend.”

She gasped, “So, daddy and you were a prince and princess?”

“Not exactly.” Fred answered her, “But in my eyes, your mother will always be my princess, or my queen rather.” He said, shooting me a wink.

“Can’t you go a minute without flirting with me?” I playfully scolded.

“Stop pretending that you don’t love it.” Fred fired back.

Elise giggled, placing her chin on her hand with her elbow resting on the side of her knee, “I think it’s cute.” She said, “That even after years of you two being in love. The both of you are still head over heels in love with each other.”

Fred and I laughed as he started tickling her, “I’m starting to think that we let you watch to many Disney movies.”

Elsie squealed as she wiggled out of her father’s grasp, climbing onto my lap, as she said, “But your love story is still my favorite.”

We continued going through the album, seeing a picture that was taken around our 7th year, but it was in front of the shop.

“You don’t have to come with us. I’m not forcing you to. You can stay and finish your education if you want to.” Fred insisted but I didn’t back down.

“I don’t care about my education anymore Freddie.” I said, placing both of my hands on either side of his cheek, “especially with that pink toad around. I don’t care anymore. All I care about is being with you.”

“But what if we crash and burn? What if everything goes downhill. If it comes to that point, I might not be able to give you the life I promised you baby.” He reasoned.

“I don’t care.” I repeated, pressing our foreheads together. “I don’t care if the joke shop is a success or not. I don’t care if we have to live at the Burrow for the rest of our lives. Whatever happens, whatever life throws at us, we can get through it, as long as we’re together. No matter what happens, I’ll always stay by your side.”

He pulled me closer to him, hugging me tightly as if his life depended on it, “Thank you.”

“That’s the shop right daddy?” Elise asked, pointing excitedly at the picture.

Fred stared fondly at the photo which had symbolized the start of a now very successful busines, “Yeah it is.”

“I remember how mad your Grandma Molly was when she found out that uncle Georgie, your mum and I dropped out of school. Well, she was mad at George and I, she could never get mad at your mum. She thought that your Uncle and I forced your mum to come with us.” Fred recounted.

“Why did you drop out of school?” Our daughter asked, her eyes shining brightly with curiosity.

“Because,” Fred continued, “There was a pink monster named Umbridge terrorizing the school. She had hurt me, Uncle Georgie, Uncle Harry and even your mum. When I saw what that monster did to her, we immediately left. Even your Grandma Molly was fuming when she found out about it.”

“What happened next?” Elise asked, silently begging her father to continue the story.

“Well, before we left, we lighted up fireworks all across the hall during the O.W.Ls exam and that scared the living daylights out of Umbridge. Then we started the joke shop and the rest is history.” He said.

Elise reached forward for the album as her little hands flipped through the rest of the pages, landing on the one with our wedding picture.

She traced her hands over the pictures, “That’s day when you married daddy.” She said, her voice barely above a whisper, but we could still hear what she was saying.

I smiled, “Yeah, that was the day I married my King.” I said, placing a finger under her chin, turning her head to look at me.

“And with the power invested in me, I now pronounce you, husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride.” The minister said as Fred pulled me closer to him, kissing me passionately as our lips moved together in harmony.

The festivities continued on as Fred and I began our first dance as husband and wife. The song being our theme song since we first started dating.

When the song ended, Fred leaned forward and connected our lips together, causing everyone present the event to cheer.

He pressed our foreheads together, “I love you my gorgeous Queen.”

I giggled, pulling him in for another kiss, “I love you too my handsome King.”

Elise leaned against me as Fred wrapped an arm around my shoulder, pulling me closer to him.

“When I grow up, I want to have a love story just like you and daddy.” Elise said, a cute smile adorning her features.

I smiled, moving loose strays of her ginger hair out of her face, “I’m sure you’ll have one just like it.”

“But,” Fred said, “You have to make sure that your prince will take care of you just like how I take care of your mum. Promise?” He held his hand out, his pinky finger sticking out.

Elise looped her pinky with Fred’s, “Promise.”

I stared lovingly at my husband and my daughter, they are the best things that ever happened to me, and I couldn’t ask for anything more.

𝚃𝚊𝚐𝚕𝚒𝚜𝚝

“Yes Freddie,” I said, “I’ve got a baby bump.”

He started frantically looking around the house, “Oh Merlin, where is that muggle camera Hermione got us?”

After almost turning the house upside down in search for the camera, he finally found it.

He then made me sit down on the couch as he took a picture, grinning as he dashed towards the table and jotted down a quick letter to Molly and George along with the picture.

“I can’t believe it! I can’t believe it!” He babbled on excitedly as he bounced on the balls of his feet.

Fred then knelt down beside me, running a hand over my bump.

“Hey little one.” He cooed, “I’m your dad and I’m so excited to see you and I love you and your beautiful mum so much.”

I giggled, running my hand through his hair, “I don’t think our baby can hear you yet Freddie.”

He looked up at me, pressing a brief kiss on my lips, “Nah, this baby is a smart cookie, just like her mother.”

“Fred Weasley! If what George told me right now is a prank, I will push the two of you off a tower.” Someone yelled, startling Fred and I.

Ginny came in to view with Harry in tow, confirming that she was the one yelling earlier.

As she soon as she laid eyes on me, she squealed happily as she knelt by my side.

“Oh Godric,” She said in awe, “It wasn’t a prank.”

She then smiled up at Fred, “For once, you and George were telling the truth.”

Harry chuckled at his wife, “She was bouncing off the walls when George apparated to our flat and told her. She wanted to see it for herself so, after promising George that she would throw him off the nearest tower if it wasn’t true. She dragged me here.”

“When are you and Fred going to the doctor for an ultrasound?” Ginny asked, beaming like a little kid.

“We have an appointment next week.” I answered.

Next week came by in a flash, before we knew it, we were sitting in the waiting room of St. Mungo’s while I had to explain to Fred how the ultrasound worked.

“So, it will show a picture of our baby even if it is still inside of you?” He asked, eyes wide with curiosity.

I nodded, “Yeah, we can also hear the baby’s heartbeat.”

“But it wouldn’t hurt you?” He asked.

I giggled, finding it cute that he was worried, “It won’t.” I reassured him with a small smile.

“Mr. and Mrs. Weasley.” The healer called, having us enter the room.

“Are you two ready to see your baby?” The healer asked.

“More than ready.” Fred said, squeezing my hand gently as I grinned at him.

I lifted my shirt off my stomach while the healer applied some gel on it.

Out of the corner of my eye, I could see the Fred had a worried expression on his face.

I squeezed his hand gently, turning my head slightly to face him, “I’m fine Freddie, don’t worry.”

The healer then ran the transducer over my stomach, an image immediately appearing on the screen.

After a few minutes, we could already make out something on the screen.

“Do you see that?” The healer asked, “There’s your baby.”

I smiled, looking over at Fred who was gaping at the screen.

“Can I?” He asked, pointing at the screen, absolutely speechless.

The healer nodded, moving her chair a bit while keeping the transducer steadily on my stomach.

Fred approached the screen, before looking back at me with a huge grin on his face, “That’s our baby.” He whispered.

We then heard the steady heartbeat of the baby, but, for some reason, it seemed to be echoing.

“Why is it like there are two heartbeats?” I asked. But the healer gave me no answer.

“Oh. So, that’s why.” The healer suddenly said, slightly amused.

“What is it?” Fred and I asked.

She turned to us with a smile, “Do any of you have a history of twins in your family?”

Fred nodded, “I’m the older twin.”

“Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Weasley! You’re having twins.”

After thanking the healer, we walked out of St. Mungo’s getting ready to head to the Burrow to give everyone the news.

“Twins.” I whispered, still not believing it, “We’re having twins.”

Fred laughed, “Imagine that, a mini-George and a mini-me running around the flat.”

I laughed, shaking my head, “Oh no. No. Not a mini-George and mini-you.”

“Sorry love, but it’s already in their DNA, there’s no turning back.” He joked as we apparated to the Burrow.

“Mum! Dad! Their back!” We heard George’s excitedly tell Arthur and Molly as we came inside the house.

As usual, we were met with Molly’s bone crushing hug.

“So, how’s my grandchild doing?” She asked as Fred and I sat down on the couch, all eyes were on us.

Fred smiled, interlocking our hands together, “Your grandchildren are completely fine.”

The room felt silent, as if they were still processing what Fred had just said.

Hermione was the first one to break the silence, “Children?” She asked, obviously unsure if she had heard correctly.

I nodded, giving her a smile, “You heard right Hermione.”

The room felt silent once more, but the question that was on everyone’s mind was crystal clear.

“We’re having twins.” Fred and I said together.

Everybody erupted into cheers as they took a look at the sonogram, I handed them.

“Fascinating!” Arthur said, praising the muggle technology that St. Mungo’s managed to incorporate into their system, “Is that really my grandchildren?”

Fred chuckled as George and Ron came to take a look, “Yes dad. That’s your grandchildren.”

Meanwhile, Ginny, Hermione, Fleur, Angelina and I were chatting by the couch.

“Twins! Merlin, that would be quite the handful.” Ginny joked.

“They would be more of a handful Gin.” Hermione said, “Considering who’s the father and the uncle.”

I laughed as I took a sip of the tea Molly had given me earlier, “You’re right about that. Fred is more than excited to pass on our ‘pranking legacy’ to his children.”

Fleur laughed, tucking a stray piece of hair behind her ear, “I’m sure that Y/N can manage that. After all, she was able to put up with the twins during their time at Hogwarts.”

Angelina smiled, “Even I wonder how could she had put up with all of their shenanigans.”

I laughed, “Well, I’m guessing that you already figured out the secret Angie, especially since you’re dating the other half of the twins.”

“Still swooning over me love?” George said, coming up behind Angelina, placing a kiss on her cheek.

Angelina playfully rolled her eyes at him, “You wish.”

Fred sat next to me, rubbing my stomach with one hand while the other rested on the small of my back.

“How’s the twins?” He asked, placing a brief kiss on my cheek.

I giggled, “They’re absolutely fine.”

Ginny snorted, “I knew that Fred was clingy but I didn’t know that he could be that clingy.”

Fred stuck his tongue out at his little sister, “You wait until you get pregnant. Harry might be even clingier than usual.”

We settled back in bed minutes later, I fell asleep immediately, feeling slightly exhausted.

Fred stared at his wife, who was now sleeping peacefully by his side, his brow furrowed.

He didn’t know what was happening, she only started vomiting yesterday. And even that happened out of the blue.

She didn’t seem sick, one minute she would be fine then the next minute she would already be throwing up. She would also often wake up with a slight headache but later that day, she would be moving around like everything was alright.

As if feeling her significant other’s worry, Y/N mumbled a small, “Go to sleep Freddie.” making him chuckle as he pulled her closer to him and went to sleep.

Reader’s POV

“Are you sure that you’re okay doll?” Fred asked as I prepared to go out to meet up with Hermione and Ginny.

I nodded, sitting down on his lap, “I’ll be fine. I’m not porcelain Freddie. I won’t break that easily.”

He hummed, kissing my cheek, “I’m just worried about you doll.”

I giggled, “I’ll be fine Freddie. Don’t worry.”

Later on, as we had tea at Ginny and Harry’s flat, catching up with one another.

Despite the age differences between the three of us, we still grew up with the closeness of sisters. Being the only teenage girls at the Weasley household, we depended on one another, especially for comfort when the boys were being the daft idiots they were.

Everything was going well, until a wave of nausea came over me.

“Are you okay Y/N?” Hermione asked with a concerned look on her face.

I gave her a small smile, “I’m fine. I’ve just been a bit nauseous lately.”

Ginny furrowed her brows, “Have you been throwing up lately?”

I nodded, “It only started the other day.”

Hermione and Ginny exchanged a look, as if having a silent conversation.

“Have you had your period yet?” Hermione asked, having the same look she wore whenever she was close to figuring something out.

“No.” I said, shaking my head, eyes widening as realization struck me, “It’s late by two weeks.”

Ginny smiled, “Are you thinking what I’m thinking.”

Hermione had the same smile, “I am thinking what you’re thinking.”

She then turned to me, “Are you thinking what we’re thinking.”

I bit my lip, getting the gist, “I am. But do you really think that that’s the reason?”

Ginny stood up and with a flick of her wand, a drawer opened, and a pregnancy test flew into her open hand.

My two friends gave me an encouraging smile as I took the test from Ginny’s hand and headed to the bathroom.

Who knew that three minutes could feel so long? I nervously looked at the mirror. The test facing down as I gripped the counter so hard.

“What does it say Y/N?” Ginny asked softly.

“I haven’t checked it yet.” I said.

“You don’t have to rush it.” Came Hermione’s gentle voice, “Look at it when you’re ready.”

I took a deep breath, closing my eyes as I flipped the test over.

I bit my lips as I slowly opened my eyes to see the result.

Positive.

I opened the door, letting Hermione and Ginny in, knowing that they were also anticipating the result.

“What is it?” They asked as the same time as I pointed to the test.

They both squealed excitedly as they both engulfed me in a hug, my tears flowing down to my cheeks.

“What’s wrong?” Ginny asked, cupping my face in her hands, “Aren’t you excited?”

I sniffed, wiping the tears, “I am.” I said, “It’s just a bit hard to process the fact that I’m carrying your brother’s baby as we speak.”

Then I started to fidget with the hem of my shirt, “But what if Fred isn’t ready yet?”

Fred and I have been married for a year. Sure, we talked about having kids but, did he want them already?

“Hey, Fred would be over the moon.” Hermione said, comfortingly, “He always talks about having a mini-Fred and Y/Ns running around the house.”

I giggled, “Yeah, but what if he’s not ready yet?”

“Then, I will kick his arse and hex him senseless.” Ginny said, causing us to laugh.

After we had recovered from our laughing fit, Hermione asked, “How are you going to tell him?”

I smiled, “Well, let’s just say I’ll be needing your help.”

I apparated back to our flat, shouldering my bag nervously, knowing that it could contain the biggest and life-changing news of our lives.

“I’m home Freddie!” I announced as I closed the door behind me, taking a deep breath.

I felt a pair of arms wrap around my waist as Fred buried his head in the crook of my neck.

“Hey doll. I missed you.” He said, placing kisses along my shoulder.

I giggled, turning around to face him, “I missed you too Freddie.”

“Come on.” He said, taking my hand, “I made dinner for us.”

I chuckled, “I’m hoping you didn’t burn down the kitchen.”

“You wound me love.” He said with a small smile.

Dinner was absolutely amazing. But my mind kept wandering to what had happened earlier.

“Princess?” Fred asked, causing me to be pulled back into reality.

“Are you okay? You seem distracted.” He said.

I chuckled nervously, tucking a stray piece of hair behind my ear, “I’m fine, Freddie. Everything’s all right.”

After a few minutes, I took a deep breath, gathering up all of my courage and said, “Fred, do you want to have kids?”

He took a sip of water as he smiled, “Of course love, what kind of question is that?”

I took out a small red box out of my bag and handed it to him.

“What’s this love? Hopefully, it’s not a prank right.” He joked.

His eyes scanned the contents of the box, his line of vision alternating between me and the test.

“Doll, this is not a prank isn’t it?” He said.

I bit my lip, shaking my head, “I’m pregnant Fred.”

He was speechless, it took a lot to make Fred Weasley speechless.

“You’re pregnant.” He repeated, standing up and lifting me up as he spun me around.

“I’m going to be a dad.” Fred smiled as he peppered kisses all over my face.

I giggled, “You’re not mad?”

He looked at me as if I dropped the moon, “What do you mean? Why would I be mad? This is the best day of my life.”

He put me down as he started bouncing on his heels excitedly, “Can we tell George now? Please?”

I smiled, “Yes, we can go tell George.”

He hurriedly took his wand as he interlaced our hands together and we apparated to George’s flat.

“Blimey!” George exclaimed in surprise, “Can’t you two bother to give a heads-up next time? I have a date with Angie in ten.”

Fred was bouncing off the walls, “Oh, you wouldn’t want to miss this Georgie. This is the best day of my life!”

“Well go on.” He said impatiently, “I don’t have all day, ya know.”

I playfully rolled my eyes, “But you have to promise us that this will only be between the three of us. You won’t tell anyone else until we tell you too.”

He nodded, “I promise. Now what is it?”

“Y/N is pregnant!” Fred exclaimed, obviously can’t keep his excitement in anymore.

“I’m going to be an uncle?” George exclaimed, as like Fred, he lifted me up and spun me around in a circle.

I smacked George at the back of his head, “I swear on all things holy, if you tell Angelina or anyone else before we give you the go signal. I will hex you.”

“Yeah, yeah. I promise.” George said, rubbing the spot where I hit him.

Fred and I apparated back to our flat before Angelina arrived.

He then knelt down, lifting my shirt a bit and pressing a kiss to my stomach as he looked up at me and said, “Thank you. For the best gift of my entire life.”

I giggled cupping his face as he hovered slightly above me, “And I assure you, you will be here when that happens. Now stop stressing and do what you need to do.”

He smiled, giving me another peck on the lips, “I’ll come back as soon as I can.”

“Just take your time love.” I said, giving him a reassuring smile.

He then apparated to the shop.

I got up from my seat, walking over to the bookshelf in hopes of finding another book to read.

In the whole period of my pregnancy, I had felt like that I had finished every single book that was lined up on the shelf.

I scanned the book spines before deciding to re-read my all-time favorite: Romeo and Juliet.

As I walked back to the couch, taking each step carefully, I felt a sudden flare of pain in my stomach causing me to drop the book I was holding.

I stood steady in my position for a few more minutes, it had been happening for the last few days so I just decided to brush it off.

Taking out my wand, I summoned the book to from the floor and made my way back to the couch.

Later that day, when I was on my way back to the comfort of the living room after using the bathroom, I felt a similar flare of pain in my stomach. Then I felt something dripping down my thighs. I looked down, my heart racing as I saw a puddle of water at my feet.

It was time.

I summoned the emergency bag that Fred had prepared from our bedroom, thank Merlin for magic.

That’s when I heard a familiar pop.

“Princess! I’m home!” I heard the familiar voice of my husband call from the living room.

“I’m here!” I called out, leaning against the wall for support.

His eyes widen when he saw me leaning against the wall, the emergency bag slung over my shoulder.

“Is it time?” He asked, frantically taking the bag from me and leading me towards the fireplace.

I nodded, “It’s time.”

He immediately threw some floo powder into the fireplace and said, “George! George! Are you there mate?”

“I am.” George’s voice answered clearly from the other side, “Why? What’s wrong?”

“Y/N’s going into labor and we’re heading to St. Mungo’s right now.” Fred said frantically.

“I’ll alert Mum and Dad!” George said as Fred dipped his hand in the bag of floo powder again, throwing it again towards the flames as we stepped in and got transported to St. Mungo’s.

Fortunately, enough, the moment we stepped into the hospital, we bumped into my doctor.

She took a single look at me and said, “She’s going into labor isn’t she.”

“Obviously.” I said as they placed me in a wheelchair and wheeled me over to the delivery room.

(Ginny’s POV)

It was normal Saturday afternoon, until George started banging on our door.

“George, what in the name of Merlin is so bloody urgent that it looks like that you want to break down the door so badly.” I said as I opened the door.

“Well, for your information dear sister, Y/N is going into labor. I already told Ron and Hermione and I’m about to head to mum and dad.” He said before apparating to the Burrow.

“What did he say?” Harry said coming out from the living room.

I looked at him as I only started to register what my brother just said, “Y/N is in labor! We have to head to St. Mungo’s now!”

Without a second thought, we apparated to St. Mungo’s where Ron and Hermione were already waiting.

Well, Ron was more relaxed as he sat down in one of the chairs while Hermione was pacing back and forth.

“Hey.” Hermione greeted, pulling me into a hug, “We came here as soon as George told us.”

I chuckled, “Us too. Any news from them?”

Hermione shook her head, “None.”

We heard another pop as we turned and saw that the rest of the family had arrived: Mum, dad, George and Angelina, Percy and Audrey, Bill and Fleur. Everyone was present.

“Are there any news yet?” Mum asked, pulling the four of us into a hug.

Harry gave her a small smile, “Not yet. But so far, Hermione is the only one acting like Y/N has a fatal disease when in reality she’s just in labor.”

The group laughed as Hermione gave Harry a playful glare.

“I don’t know about you guys, but I’m already excited to meet the twins.” George said, practically bouncing off the walls in excitement.

Percy gave a hearty laugh, “And why is that? So, you and Fred could pass on your pranking legacy?”

“This is the twins we’re talking about Perce, of course they’ll pass on their legacy.” Bill said.

Arthur chuckled, “I think that I’m starting to pity the load Mcgonagall would be having when the next generation attends Hogwarts.”

“I won’t even be surprised that if the day when this new generation attends Hogwarts will be the same day Mcgonagall resigns.” Molly said.

“Nah,” Ron joked with a small grin, “She loves us too much.”

Hermione and I playfully smacked him on the shoulder, “You wish.” We said in unison.

“Oh, come on,” Percy intervened, “We all know I’m Mcgonagall’s favorite.”

George snorted as Angelina smacked him on the shoulder, “Why? Because you were an ickle Prefect and a Bighead boy?”

Bill and Fleur laughed, “Please,” Bill joined in, “Save yourselves of the embarrassment because it’s pretty obvious that I’m Minnie’s favorite.”

All of us bursted into a fit of laughter before s voice spoke, “Don’t leave me hanging guys, what’s so funny?”

We all turned and saw Fred with a huge grin on his lips.

“How’s Y/N and the kids?” I asked.

“They’re fine.” He said, his voice quivering a little, obviously he had just finished crying.

“Do you wanna go see them?” He asked.

George smiled, “Though you’d never ask. Lead the way then.”

Fred led us to a room at the end of the hall and pushed the door open.

(Reader’s POV)

I couldn’t stop staring adoringly at the two babies that were I had just delivered.

Fred had bursted into tears the moment I handed him our son.

“Hello there kiddo.” He cooed, the tears gently falling down his cheeks, “I’m your dad, and I love you, your sister and your mum so much.” He continued, voice cracking slightly.

Even I couldn’t stop my tears from flowing as I looked at Fred with our son and our daughter that I was cradling slowly in my arms.

I scooted over a bit as Fred sat next to me on the hospital bed.

“I can’t believe they’re actually here, in our arms.” He said.

I smiled, “I can’t believe that we could make something this beautiful.”

Fred chuckled, placing a small kiss on my cheek as I looked at him, “I’m married to the most gorgeous woman in the whole wide world. So, it only makes sense that our children inherit that.”

I playfully rolled my eyes at him, “Ever so cheeky.”

Fred had already gone to pick up the rest of the family while the twins laid in my arms.

I looked up as the door opened and the rest of the Weasley clan piled into the room.

Ginny and George where the first ones by my side as they looked adoringly at the kids.

“Can I hold one of them?” Ginny asked, giving me her best puppy dog eyes.

I handed Ginny her niece which she took with a huge grin.

“Can I hold the other one?” George asked.

“Just make sure you don’t drop him.” Fred teased his twin as I handed him his nephew.

George and Ginny started parading the twins around the room, handing them to Molly and Arthur respectively after the former complained that “They should have a chance with their grandchildren.”

After a few moments of silence, Hermione asked the question that had been on everyone’s mind, “What’s their names?”

Fred and I exchanged a quick look as I said, “Freddie, if you may.”

He smiled at his twin, “The boy’s name is George Arthur Weasley.”

George stared at his twin as his eyes widened while Arthur had a huge grin on his face.

“You named your son after me?” George asked in disbelief.

Fred shrugged, “Of course I did. Is it so hard to believe?”

Angelina smiled as George bit his lip as he tried to keep his tears at bay, launching himself into Fred’s arms, pulling him into a tight hug.

“How about the girl?” Harry asked.

I took a deep breath, giving them a small smile as I answered, “Ginny Molly Weasley.”

Ginny gasped as she started jumping up and down, running forward and hugging me as tightly as she could, “Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!”

I chuckled, rubbing her back gently, “Anything for my favorite sister-in-law.”

She playfully scoffed, “Your only sister-in-law.”

We pulled away when we heard a small sniff to see Molly quietly crying as she lovingly stared at her three-hour old granddaughter.

“Hey mum, why are you crying?” Fred joked as he stood next to her.

She took another sniff, “It’s just. Out of every single name out there that you could’ve given your kids. You name them after your twin and your sister and your father and I.”

Fred chuckled, “Well, we would’ve named them after all of you already. But we have to reserve some for our other children.”

He then dodged the pillow I threw at him, “I just got those two out and now you’re planning some more?”

My husband laughed as he sat next to me, “There’s no harm in thinking ahead.”

We watched as the rest of family passed the twins among themselves.

I rested my head on Fred’s chest as I took in the sight of our perfect little family.

Fred knelt by my side, placing his hand eagerly on my stomach as one of the twins kicked again.

He smiled widely as he felt it again. “It looks like they’re having a little party in there.” He joked.

I laughed, “Yeah, makes it hard to fall asleep sometimes. They’re just like you, unpredictable.”

“At least there’s no doubt that I’m the father.” He said with a small wink as flicked him on the forehead.

He chuckled, “What? I was only joking.”

I rolled my eyes at him, “Whatever.”

“Hey princess, don’t go sarcastic on me now.”

“In my defense, you started it.”

We then heard a quick knock, Fred headed over and opened the door as Ron and Hermione came in.

“Hello Y/N!” Hermione greeted as she pulled me into a tight hug, “Sorry, it took us so long to visit. Things have been quite busy at the ministry lately.”

I chuckled, “No need to apologize Hermione. It’s perfectly fine.”

She smiled taking a seat as Fred and Ron started discussing about Quidditch.

“So, how’s the twins? I heard that you’ve got one of each.” She said.

I subconsciously placed a hand on my stomach, “They’re doing okay, they have been quite active lately. And yes, we are having one of each.”

Hermione perked up at my confirmation, “That’s wonderful. Have you thought of any names yet?”

I hummed, “For the boy, we’ll definitely be naming him after George. But for the girl, we still have no idea yet.”

“I’m sure you’ll think of something.”

Being eight months pregnant wasn’t that hard, but it also wasn’t the easiest.

I experienced nausea from time to time, similar to the ones I experienced during my first trimester.

“Want to watch a movie?” Fred asked, taking a seat next to me.

I shrugged, “Sure. What are we going to watch?”

Fred chuckled, “You’re the movie expert. You tell me.”

I thought about it for a moment, “The Holiday is a nice movie.”

Fred turned on the tv, “The Holiday it is.”

In the middle of the movie, I accidentally fell asleep on Fred’s shoulder.

(Fred’s POV)

I had been so absorbed in the movie that I never realized that my wife had already fallen asleep until the end.

“See I told you they- “I stopped abruptly when I saw her.

I kept still, not wanting to wake her up. She looked so peaceful, still beautiful, even in her sleep.

A strand of her hair fell in front of her face. I slowly moved my hand and moved it out of her face, kissing her forehead softly causing her to stir and open her eyes.

I chuckled, “Had a good sleep baby?”

She smiled as she stretched, “Sorry, I just sort of fell asleep on your shoulder, it’s just… you make the nicest pillow. Has anyone ever told you that?”

I smiled, “Nope. But I like hearing it from you.”

(Reader’s POV)

I never really had that much cravings. However, when I did get them, Fred knew better than to deny me of them.

Sometimes, they strike at the most inconvenient times.

I woke up at 2 am, hearing the soft snores of my husband while an intense craving for something sweet hit me.

I slowly got out of bed as to not wake Fred up as I walked to the kitchen.

I opened the fridge as I scanned its contents, seeing a tub of ice cream but knowing it wouldn’t satisfy my cravings.

“Princess, what are you doing up at this hour?” Fred suddenly said, coming out of our bedroom, rubbing his eyes sleepily.

I gave him an innocent smile, “Just having a little craving.”

He came up behind me, wrapping his hands around my waist, burying his head on my shoulder.

“Well, what is my princess craving?” He asked.

“I don’t have anything specific yet, but I’m craving something sweet.” I answered.

“Well, we have ice cream in the fridge.” Fred said.

I sighed, “I’m not craving ice cream.”

Fred chuckled softly, “Then tell me what you want princess. I’ll get it for you.” He promised.

I thought about it for a moment, “Can you get me an Oreo cream cheesecake with strawberries?”  I said, jutting out my bottom lip.

He kissed my cheek, “Okay then. Just let me get changed and then I’ll get you the cake.”

I grinned at him, “Thank you!”

“Anything for my baby girl.” He said with a small wink.

After he changed, he lifted me up on the kitchen, pressing a brief kiss on my lips as he said, “Don’t go anywhere princess” Before apparating to who knows where.

(Fred’s POV)

I knew that I’d promised Y/N that I’d get her whatever she was craving, but where in the name of Gryffindor can I get an Oreo cream cheesecake with strawberries?

So, I apparated to the place of someone who can help and is still awake at 2 am.

“Merlin’s beard Fred!” Ginny exclaimed as I appeared behind her, “What brings you here at 2 am?”

“Where can I get an Oreo cream cheesecake with strawberries?” I asked.

Ginny looked at me a little bit confused, “For Y/N?”

I nodded.

She sighed, “We had some but Harry already ate it all up.”

I bit my lip, “Do you have any idea where I can get some?”

My sister thought about it for a moment, “We could always ask Hermione.”

“You’re right! You’re absolutely brilliant! You know that?” I said, giving my little sister a tight hug.

“I’ve been told.” She said with a cheeky smile, “I can come with you if you want.”

I nodded, “Yes please.”

After Ginny told Harry where we were going, we apparated to Hermione and Ron’s flat.

“What are you doing here mate?” Ron asked as he saw us.

“Long story short: Y/N is craving Oreo cream cheesecake with strawberries and we were wondering if Hermione could help us get some.” Ginny explained.

“At 2 am in the morning? Blimey, why at such an inconvenient time?” Ron asked.

I shrugged, ‘That’s how it is. Besides, Y/N rarely has cravings that when she has one, you’ve got to give it to her.”

Hermione then appeared from the kitchen handing me a box, “I already overheard the whole conversation and you guys are in luck that Ron hasn’t finished it all up yet. There’s still three slices and I’m sure that’s more than enough.” She said with a small smile.

I gratefully took the box from her, “Thank you! Thank you, Hermione! You’re a godsend!”

“Well better head back now.” Ginny said with a matching smile, “Don’t want to keep your wife waiting.”

After thanking them all again, I quickly apparated back to our flat.

(Reader’s POV)

“Princess! I’m home! And I’ve got you a present!” I heard Fred call out as he entered the kitchen.

He placed the box on the counter as I kissed him on the cheek, “Thank you Freddie!”

He smiled sheepishly, “Sorry I took so long.”

I giggled as he handed me a plate, “It’s okay. You could’ve taken all the time you needed. Besides, rumor has it that you had to go to Ginny’s flat and then to Hermione’s flat just to get what I wanted.”

My husband looked at me in surprise, “How did you know?”

I chuckled, “Harry may or may not have told me via the fireplace. Next thing I knew, his head had already appeared in the flames while he was cracking up and recounting the whole thing.”

I placed the plate down on the counter, wrapping my arms around his torso while I rested my head on his chest, “You didn’t have to go through all that trouble for little old me.”

He kissed my hairline, “I would literally do everything for you baby. I promised you that and I have absolutely no intention of turning back on it.”

I grabbed the plate, scooping some cake onto the fork while I held in front of Fred’s mouth as he gave me a look.

“What did you expect?” I said, “Do you really think I could finish all three slices of this cake myself?”

He chuckled, taking a bite, “Then I’d be happy to assist darling.”
