Yes, back in 1993, the rights to Ars Magica were sold to WotC. They reprinted a couple of books, released a couple of new ones, and then passed the rights on to Atlas Games, where they've been ever since.
Still, that didn't affect White Wolf's publication of the Classic World of Darkness at all. Mage: The Ascension came out that year, Werewolf 2e and Wraith the year after that, and so on.
