Becoming Comfortable with that Little One Inside
Over the years I have gotten lots of questions from littles who do not accept their little side, who feel shameful for these feelings, and feel like it makes them less than other people in some way. These feelings are very common that a lot of littles go through at some point. Some struggle being comfortable with their little side more than others, but I believe every little has these feelings at some point in life.
The only difference is just some are able to overcome those shameful feelings and become more comfortable faster and easier. Even I had very similar feelings when I was much much younger after I discovered I was a Daddy and a DL. It didn’t take me too long to over come those feelings and fully be comfortable with the Daddy and DL that I am.
So any of you out there lurking on my blog who just recently discovered this part of yourself, or to anyone else who is scared to embrace this part of yourself, and feeling ashamed of the feelings you have, then just think about this quote by Hugh Hefner in the picture above. Think about it hard.
Hugh Hefner could not have been more right. We only get ONE chance, just ONE life. Every single day you spend suppressing and hiding your little side is another day you wasted pretending to be someone you are not. Life is wayyy too short to be someone you are not. You can NEVER EVER get that day back.
If you continue to suppress these feelings one day eventually you will look back when you are much older and wish you would have just been happy being yourself. So if you keep holding back and suppressing that little one inside you (or any part of you), then you are going to miss your chance to live your dream and have that Daddy or Mommy of your dreams, or to have the special little one of your dreams.
So just be yourself and don’t worry about it. There is nothing wrong with simply just being yourself. I know that can be easier said than done, but it takes time. However it won’t get any better if you don’t get little things to be little with, and if you don’t have a blog, or some other way to interact with others in the community. Not just have a blog or profile, but to also use it daily, message others in the community too.
I know its not easy, so if you (yes YOU) need more help with being more comfortable with your little side then anyone is welcome to message me or send an ask. Everything will be confidential through messages, and of course anonymous asks are confidential too.
