Workout improvisation. Always adapting. I usually swim and run while Sophia is in ballet for 2hrs+, but mommy has something this eve. That means I have Andrew too. I primed him for riding the B2B trail while I run. It ended up being his longest ride yet! 6 miles in the sunset and lurking darkness. The headlamp came out the last mile.
