ok gonna rant a little about that life is strange finale based off katie playing it, so there might be some mistakes:
so you dont get to kiss chloe if u choose her over arcadia bay??? and the game keeps saying that they’re ‘just friends’ if u do that? BUT if u do sacrifice chloe u get to kiss her and then say ‘i love you’ too lmao AND its emotionally so much more satisfying than the ‘save chloe’ ending which just feels?? bare idk compared to the other one, like it’s not considered the true ending
it just. makes me so angry. it plays directly into the conception that girls who love each other can’t have a happily ever after and that they’re always gonna suffer, that there’s no happy ending BUT if you do choose chloe over arcadia bay, hey, you dont’ get a kiss and ‘i love you’ and the game keeps hammering that ‘we;re just friends’ part!!! but at least they’re alive and friends right?
