We will open for plotting at 8 p.m. est TONIGHT! The follow list will be posted and the discord link will be distributed at this time. We encourage you to post your intros and read about all of the other characters in the group so that you’re ready to jump into interactions.

We will open for interactions at 2:00 p.m. est TOMORROW! 

If you want to apply before we open, there is still plenty of time! Both admins will be online today to answer questions and review apps. We hope to see your app soon, and we can’t wait to begin this story.

We will leave the Discord server open for a few more days in case any of you want to stay in contact or say goodbye. Thank you for all the effort you put in creating your characters and participating on the dash. We had a great time while it lasted, and we hope you did too!

Hello everyone! This isn’t so much a change to the rules, as it is just an update for our convenience. Now that some of you are getting to the point that you’re able to apply for your third characters, we need to be able to confirm that you have finished five threads on each of your first two characters, so we ask that when you finish a thread (closing it properly, dropped threads do not count) please tag your last post in the thread with “end” or “closed” so that we can easily track your closed threads when you apply for your third roles! This is just to make it a little easier for us, and we appreciate your cooperation!

The Summer’s End Banquet has come to a close, but the drama doesn’t need to end there! While we ask that you begin to wrap up your threads, you may continue them over the next few days to finish them off. You are now free to post non-event starters and continue your threads from before the event! Thank you to everyone who participated in the event, we hope that you all enjoyed it as much as we did!

It was determined by the royal physician that the nobleman from Ryhule died of natural causes, although rumors of poison and assassins lurking in the night are still swirling around court. His body has been returned to the Ryhulian contingent for repatriation. 

Tensions are still high in the court, and a contingent of soldiers that arrived to provide additional security for the banquet has been asked to stay on for a time, until things are less uncertain. The Oscanan navy is still on alert, in case Ryhule decides to retaliate.

The Summers’ End Banquet

The sun is still high in the sky as the festivities begin, carriages bringing nobles from near and far alike dressed in the highest fashions of the day. Meanwhile, servants rush to and fro, putting the finishing touches on decorations made of Oscana’s famous silks and flowers from the royal gardens, showing off the kingdom’s wealth and prosperity. The castle grounds are open for party-goers to catch their breath, but inside, the grand halls and ballroom are all equally adorned to impress.

Tables laden with delectable food await those who come inside, and libations flow freely to brighten moods. Minstrels play cheerful music throughout the halls, playing particularly lively tunes near the dance floors to encourage people to dance and be merry. It’s a night to celebrate the heat of summer and enjoy oneself, so take the opportunity to let loose and celebrate, before the storms come in the fall.
