If they’re surprised or otherwise disturbed by the man’s presence, it doesn’t show on the teen’s face. While E can’t say they expected to see Krantz of all people, allowing confusion or shock to freeze them isn’t a habit E can ever remember having. Their violet gaze stares unblinkingly at the former leader of D-5, appraising the man and what his presence could mean.
‘So what errand are you running today, Krantz?’ They ask, lips unmoving but thoughts projected clearly and directly via telepathy.
