My Sogang Journey (3 - Lack of Communication ) + rant
The whole reason why I began the application process early, was to avoid situations that were out of my control. On May 16th, I sent my address to Sogang in order to receive my admissions letter so I could obtain my visa and I was told the letter would take 2 weeks to get to me. The third week had passed and I was becoming very anxious since I still had not received my letter of admissions. When I reached out to Sogang the sixth of June, I got a response A WEEK LATER saying that: “It will be sent out sometime next week”. Sometime next week? Can you be more vague with me at a time of confusion and stress? After one more e-mail of answering my confusion (which came three days after I had sent it), she hasn’t replied to me and it’s been over a week.
At this point, I’m extremely upset and frustrated because I’m losing the excitement and gained more stress. If any of you have obtained a D-4 Visa in the past, mind telling me how long it took to get yours? I might be getting mine last minute thanks to this situation.
