I really need to get back into watching what I eat and sticking to a healthier diet/watching my intake on calories and nutrition
I also need to exercise...
I want to lose weight, but mostly I want to be active and healthy. Exercise is supposed to be good for ADHD brains, and I need to get into the habit of doing it... and sticking to it.
The “sticking to it” part is where I falter the most though.... ugh...
