The Bike Dock - Sunderland. A great place to meet new people, go on guided rides, get help with the bike, maintenance courses and a health check. All in all a brilliant place and initiative to help those less experienced. There should be one of these in every town!
Think I'm getting pretty legit now!
I'm stepping it up a gear as my confidence grows and borrowed a bike rack for the car so we can transport two bikes. This has also been due to Beks drive and enthusiasm for joining me on the bike which I am super excited about. This means we can get out and about together on the bikes and explore. Today I went out for a 12 mile ride on my own then got back and went to pick up a bike for Bek and went to explore hamsterley forest. Not the easiest ride to start with for Bek but she did so well and may have hated it at times but at the end enjoyed it for the most part! Now we can share the cycling experience meaning we spend more time together. Only thing to work out now is how we can bring he dogs along for the ride πΆπ΄π»πΆ
