Today is day 29 of my forty day juice fast. Haven't been posting juice pictures because I've been drinking store bought for the past few days-- organic, with no added ingredients, as much as I can find and afford. Definitely not as much energy or healing progress as when I was making my own. But you gotta do what you gotta do and I am still fasting and still healing and shedding and transforming every day. (⌒-⌒; ) this has definitely been one of the most challenging & rewarding things I have EVER done in my life.. I don't know where to start really telling you about how I have been doing and progressing! It hasn't been easy and it's been a lot of assessment and releasing of old energies and cleansing and accepting. Working with the cycles of the moon, my own body, and in the knowledge that people all around the world are walking with me in similar journeys of contemplation during the season of lent, and that many powerful beautiful women walk with me in juice cleansing via the #cycleofthemooncleanse community, is immensely uplifting.
