I mean Allison is hardly doing anything here, but it perfectly represents her. She has the creepy stare down, her face looks great, the pursed lips are working. I love the slightly kinked foot, though I wish she had exaggerated a bit more to make it more visible. The only issue I have with the photo is her torso, it is really blocky in the dress, so I wish she had twisted her body a bit to give her some curves.

Kayla’s shot was criminally under-appreciated by the panel and the best of the week in my opinion, but it’s nothing that special which really shows how messy this photoshoot was. I love Kayla’s angsty expression, great neck extension, and tough body language. The raised fist could be a little played out but still manages to work for me here. The shoes and the dress both are both being shown well too. I totally get Kayla’s personality from this and it’s a very fashionable shot. The way the judges hated on this was my first clue that Kayla was likely destined to go home sooner rather than later.

2. Bianca Bianca looks stunning here, I can really tell that she had been a working model prior to All-Stars. She’s done a great job of selling the dress, the shoes, the handbag, everything really. The pose is strong and her legs are incredible. I also think her face is beautiful here as well, she’s serving some attitude without being too cartoon-y about it. Unlike her original cycle, Bianca started off on the right foot this time around and I nearly called her first.

Even if this is far from Allison’s best work she portrayed her persona perfectly. The doll-like expression is spot on and I especially love the quirky kicked out foot. I’m not sure if I’m just seeing things, but it sort of looks like she’s pushing her hips towards the camera which is making her shot seem ever so slightly off. Still, Allison looks tall, the clothes look good, and she’s representing her brand.

I was okay with Isis getting called first since this is a strong and very creative photograph. I’m not sure how she posed in that way but it’s pretty awesome and her body looks amazing; I do wish she had more neck and showed the swimsuit better though. Her expression is slightly seductive and this is the probably the best face shot she’s had between her two cycles. Isis did a great job even if she’s not at the top of my list.

Shannon did a good job of bringing her personality while still remembering to model. She’s giving an angelic pose and looks super tall and elegant. The hands are a little posey but I really like the crossed legs. Her face is quite gorgeous as well, her sweet expression fits the concept. It’s not the most amazing shot in the world but Shannon was clearly one of the better performers this week. 

I like everything about Laura’s picture except for her face. You could replace her head with a bowl of cheap movie theater grade nacho cheese and it would basically be the same. However, her pose is kind of fabulous: she looks tall, her legs are amazing and she’s selling the heck out of her shoes. If she had toned down the cheesy over-the-top smile this could’ve been a potential Top 3 photo.

A+ to Angelea for showing her personality, C+ for the final product. She’s lost most of her outfit by having her back to the camera (although she’s selling the coat sort of well). Her neck is somewhat lost as well and her face isn’t all the way there in terms of matching the attitude in her body language.
