Five days ago Ness Knight decided she was going to follow-up Stand Up Paddleboarding 1001 miles down the Missouri as part of my Swim1000 support team, by cycling 2000 miles across the USA, in Winter, solo.

Ness will continue the Swim1000 fundraising effort for CoppaFeel! at the same time as adding to what I have no doubt will become an enormous list of adventures.

I repeat, she decided to do this journey 5 days ago and now look, she's on the road heading west towards San Francisco. Amazing!
