Hmm, how are you going about chopping the hair? Are you applying a new, shorter, alpha to it or resizing its current alpha? I don’t know the correct terminologies hah, but the latter is much easier to do from my experience in trying it.
I redid the entire alpha myself, which was fairly easy. I'm just unsure as to why in workshop it looks just fine, but when loaded in game it's as though the alpha didn't work at all.

You might be able to save the family to the roster!.. or whatever its called. From there, you can place them in a different world
I probably could move them again, but honestly I think it's the family. They were buggy in their first world and even buggier in the new one. I love 'em, but they're such a pain in the ass.

Aww. I'm going to miss them, but if it really is unplayable then there isn't really anything you can do :c. I hope you do start a new one with Nannette though. Make a cutey for her new spouse.
Me, too. D; I've pretty much given up on them. I know I'll start a new one with her eventually, but I don't think I'm going to make her spouse. I never really cared for Malcolm, Marius sucked, and I don't like her and Alec together either. Pretty sure there's gonna be a BC to pick her spouse.... eventually. xD

Do you clean your save file?
That save has barely been played since I moved them to the new world and I'm 99% sure I cleaned it before the last time I played 'em. They were buggy then and honestly they've been buggy from the start. x.x
