I had a practical session today (I wore a (very pretty) mask. I’m not over my probably-Covid yet and this is a one-off because I believe I need to be in for lab practicals. I’m not even going in for the R studio one tomorrow I can catch up later the quiz shouldn’t be that bad I mean the seminar instructions should be available even if I can’t be there in person so if I really desperately need that background knowledge it’s right there waiting for me and besides Wednesday mornings are when the fire alarm testing for the building I’m in on a Wednesday morning happen. Fuck me) and we were using the cuvettes again like we did in two practicals last semester and we wrote on out cuvette holders last semester during at least one of the practicals and in today’s practical I recognised my own handwriting (including my poor attempt at correcting a mistake (literally just writing the correct thing over the mistake to the point where neither is particularly legible)) on the cuvette holder that had been placed at my assigned workstation by the lab technicians in advance (as in I had no input in deciding which workstation or cuvette holder I had and judging by the fact that the cuvette holder is labelled as belonging to workstation 28 I must have been at that workstation during one of my practicals last semester as well)
