Hey there, no need to apologise! It’s little-miss-blue :) 

It seemed as though _______ had never happened. 

“Oh Crusts! Not again!” The nail polish seemed to purposely pour all over everything, she was in the attic, the dark, dusty, cobwebbed decorated attic. Why was she there? Because she was looking for something. Something in particular. An old VHS tape. She wasn’t completely sure that VHS even existed, let alone this specific VHS. She had been born into the world of DVD’S, what was a VHS? Something her grandmother and mother had been talking about in hushed tones. She hadn’t meant to ‘over hear,’ but her mother and grandmother had been whispering secretively about some ‘book of spells’ for some time. At first she assumed it was some Christmas or birthday present they had planned to get her younger brother. She of course was far too old to believe in such nonsense. What was it anyway? Why was it being disguised as a VHS tape? So many questions. 

It was round, like most commonly are. Although you do get the odd different shapes, like the square or the heart, but one could say that round was the most common. It had a colour, of course, although to name the colour would be, somewhat, hard. It was brown, no it was green, it could be purple, or some may say red. Whatever the colour. Even if one could not put their finger or give a definite name of the colour of it, one thing was certain, it smelt delicious. But what made it so special she wondered to herself.
