Sho-48 was on their way to the Crucible when they saw the tell-tale orange and teal of Jonquil-9 as he moved through the corridors as well. He must have been lost in thought as Sho fell into step with him (with some difficulty, given Joey’s height advantage) without his notice. Until they cleared their throat.

“Oh! Sho, sorry I didn’t see you there,” Joey greeted them.

“You were pretty gone there,” Sho shrugged, “What fantastic Warlock plot were you running on now?”

“Nothing very glamorous, actually.” Joey paused to the side, letting out a static-sigh. “It’s…I mean you know. It’s Crimson Days! I–”

“You don’t have anything for Banshee, do you?”

Joey hushed them fiercely, though the amused glow to their mouth didn’t fade.

“I’m–I’m working on it!”

“What about gun pieces?” Sho said, their Ghost and a data pad appearing in their hands.

“Everyone gets him those,” Joey huffed. In the same moment, his own Ghost appeared and materialized his data pad in his reach. He glanced at Sho, confused why they sent him a message though they were only a foot apart.

Sho’s approximation of a smirk grew as they watched Joey’s eyes sparkle eagerly. They had sent him coordinates to a formerly secret Cabal weapons stash. They pat him on the arm happily.
