It was a regular Wednesday morning in Sacramento. People were grabbing their caffeine before work when a woman — later dubbed "Latte Karen," — walked into the café demanding a "non-fat oat milk caramel macchiato at exactly 120 degrees." What she got instead was a drink that she claimed was "lukewarm" and "disrespectful."

Most of us would ask for a remake. But she did something else.

She hurled the drink back at the barista, screaming that she was being “targeted for her lifestyle.” And then she reached over the counter.

That’s when a bystander pulled out their phone. And yes — the video is now everywhere.

👮 Things Escalate Quickly

The barista backed away, visibly shaken. Other customers tried to intervene, but "Karen" wasn’t finished. She knocked over a pastry display, shoved a tip jar onto the ground, and reportedly threatened to sue everyone in the building.

Cops arrived minutes later. She greeted them by demanding they arrest the barista for “verbal assault.” Instead, the officers calmly asked her to step outside. She refused — and that’s when the cuffs came out.
