So I had issues with the delivery to one of my customers. She received her package with nothing in it and she was very upset. I must admit, I made the mistake of placing it in an envelope that probably wasnt that durable (now I realize). She told me the package needs to be more durable so I listened and invested in a more secured packaging and sent her another product. I'm not writing this to boast but to simply be transparent and admitting the mistakes I'm making while still learning the business. It surprised me that even after all of that she will still do business with me in the future which made me realize mistakes happen but it's how you learn from those mistakes, to fix those mistakes while trying not to make the same mistakes again.
