My sleep situation is KILLING ME. From getting up at 6am one day to going to bed at 4:30am or later another day! How do yβall swing shifters live?! I need tips on how to deal plz. Because I need to work more than 1 or 2 days a week but at night sometimes I just canβt get to sleep & when I finally do, itβs time to turn around & get right back up 3hrs later!
