Ivy: i just can't believe we're replacing the Supreme already, this doesn't mean we're giving up on her, right?

“Are you gonna take the shot, or were you hoping that the balls would just spontaneously roll themselves into the pockets?” He asked of the person standing opposite him, already getting bored of waiting. Bash was usually a patient person, but tonight he was feeling a bit fidgety, and waiting for someone to line up the perfect shot was getting under his skin.

Uncomfortably he watched the large spider make its way across the table and over his paperwork. In Elijah’s mind it was the size of a tarantula with enormous fangs dripping of venom, but in reality it a giant wolf spider. “Please get rid of it!” he begged, ready to jump up on a chair to get away from one of his worse fears. 

“Don’t look at me like that,” Ty said, giving the other person a stern look. Reckless behavior was one thing, but making impulsive, big decisions were way worse, and he knew it, but he had to do something to distract himself from  everything that had gone on over the weekend. “It’s a motorcycle, not an alien. It’s not a big deal.”

Des jumped out of his hiding place, making a loud growling sound. He’d been waiting for them to walk by for a good five minutes, and while the pay off would probably be worth it, his body was starting to ache from standing so still and silent. Laughing before the person even had time to react, Des clutched his side. “Did I get you?”

“Oh, shit,” Reagan cursed as the bus took off and left her in the dust. The next one didn’t come for another half an hour, and to be honest, she’d already had an incredibly long day. “That’s what I get for stopping for a coffee. I just had to have an iced macchiato.”
