In recent years, synthesized zinc oxide nanoparticles have been increasingly investigated for different medicinal uses. In the present study, we aimed at the biosynthesis of zinc oxide using a curcumin extract. Although, toxic effects of curcumin derivative and zinc oxide nanoparticles in different concentration have been studied specifically on animal models besides the antibacterial activity of synthesized curcumin extract and zinc oxide nanoparticles. The aim of the study was to synthesize extract combined zinc oxide nanoparticles. Methods: The synthesized nanoparticles and extract were characterized for the particle size distribution, morphology, optical properties and surface charge by using UVvisible spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering (DLS), (TEM) and (SEM). Elemental composition and structural properties were studied by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX) and X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD). Results: The synthesized nanoparticles and curcumin were irregular shape and had a size distribution in the range of 50–100 nm. The in vitro toxicity effects of zinc oxide and extract showed no toxic effect with different concentration with antibacterial effect.

We are the most acclaimed manufacturers and suppliers of Curcumin Extract. Our Curcumin Extract provides many health benefits like treating inflammatory conditions, metabolic syndrome, pain, and many chronic diseases. It is mainly used as a spice and in herbal medicines.
BCM95 (Biocurcumax) is a patented and standardized turmeric extract manufactured by the Indian herbal extracts or ingredients company Arjuna Natural. Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric, a herb that has been used in traditional Indian and Chinese medicine for thousands of years. Today, curcumin is one of the most studied herbs in the world. Its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects have been used for everything from arthritis to Alzheimer's disease. Even so, curcumin has disappointed clinicians due to its notoriously low absorption capacity, meaning that only a small percentage of the curcumin you eat reaches it long enough to work. BCM95 attempts to address this key issue by combining 86% curcuminoids (containing 95% curcumin) with 79% turmeric essential oil, which improves curcumin bioavailability.
BCM-95® Benefits
Patented: BCM95's unique formulation and its use to protect against Alzheimer's disease have been covered by several patents.
Better Absorption: BCM95 is standardized to 86% curcuminoids and 79% turmeric essential oil for enhanced absorption, and is 693% more bioavailable than basic curcumin.
Clinically researched: The cognitive and general benefits of BCM95 are supported by numerous human studies.
Curcumin Is an Anti-Inflammatory: One of the main claims for turmeric's popularity is that it's commonly used to fight inflammation, and most of turmeric's anti-inflammatory abilities can be attributed to curcumin. In fact, at the right doses, curcumin can be a more effective anti-inflammatory treatment than common anti-inflammatory drugs like Advil (ibuprofen) and aspirin, according to a previous study, because chronic inflammation contributes to many chronic diseases, curcumin may help treat conditions like inflammatory bowel disease, pancreatitis, and arthritis.

Curcumin May Help Protect Against Heart Disease: A previous study found that curcumin could improve endothelial function or the health of the thin membranes inside the heart and blood vessels. This membrane plays a key role in the regulation of blood pressure. Endothelial function is associated with aging and an increased risk of heart disease. Therefore, curcumin may help protect against age-related loss of function and reduce the risk of developing heart disease. In one study, researchers compared the effects of an 8-week aerobic exercise program and curcumin supplements on improving endothelial function in postmenopausal women. The exercise group and the curcumin group had equal improvements in endothelial function, while the control group saw no change.
