ASTM B466 C70400 is a high-performance copper-nickel (Cu-Ni 95/5) seamless tube/pipe manufactured according to the ASTM B466 / ASME SB466 standard. This alloy consists of approximately 95 % copper and 4–6 % nickel, with trace iron and manganese — a combination that offers excellent resistance in marine, seawater, and corrosive environments.
These seamless tubes/pipes are available in a wide range of outside diameters (typically ~6 mm to ~273 mm) and wall thicknesses (~0.8 mm to ~15 mm), with lengths supplied as random, fixed, or cut-to-length to meet diverse project requirements.
