my friend monica (evocvtive) sent me a leather bound journal and a poem book for my birthday last year. She wrote me a note on the inside of the journal and it was just so touching. hardly any of my rl friends remembered it was my birthday. birthdays always suck but last year was especially bad. Monica is the only pleasant memory i have from my birthday last year and she lives all the way in canada.
