Just When You Say...
Figures I just posted yesterday that I'll be losing my office in the next week or two...try TOMORROW. Yes, I'm on that again.Β
I can't help it...I'm a poor example of going with the flow sometimes. I'm upset. No matter how I try to twist it in my head, say "It's fine." or pretend it's ok...deep down it's not right, it's wrong and I don't like it. I feel ashamed to feel this way or to even act a bit discontent about the move. But I am.Β
The last few days I've actually felt like making progress and being productive at work. Yesterday and today I feel the complete opposite.Β
So, why in the world is it that big of a deal? Why is losing my office to move into a small cube crammed in a room with two other people matter? Because I have to give up my office so SOMEONE else can keep an office....bc their boss FOUGHT for them to keep one. I'm not trying to place blame, bc there's no reason. But when you have an office SPECIALLY built for you and later on for someone else to take bc they're losing their office...it feels like crap. And now I just feel mad again so I think it's time to leave it alone....
