In the gem au I imagine after his first failure Poopypants gets more desperate, and Melvin feels out of the loop with Krupp becaude of CU, so it leads to Poopypants taking advantage of Melvins desire for his limb enhancements and getting a fusion. All in all, the fusion is pretty stable, with Poopypants being the dominant mind and Melvin being along for the ride. Since its based off of manipulation and not trust, it could fall apart pretty easily in a fight, but Poopypants has an ace in the hole What kind of superhero would seriously hurt a CHILD gem? @angerydj is the one who gave me the design for Poopypant's gem
