On March 30, 2017 ROMEO was in a car accident and thus cancelled their fan sign event that was scheduled. All members are fine, but will be going to the hospital for a second checkup following the first directly after the accident. Members have posted on Twitter and the Fan Cafe to assure Juliets that they are fine and to apologize for worrying the fans.

"Romeo members got into a car accident while going to their fansign event. They were quickly transferred to a hospital and examined. Fortunately, no severe injuries were found, however, they're going to the hospital again to have another close examination for caution. The members of Romeo and the agency are most apologetic for abruptly canceling the fansign event and the following events due to the unexpected accident. An announcement will be made next week regarding the fansign event cancellation and compensation."
