to my friends on the eve of exams
hey guys (you know who you are), I know this week is going to be tough to get through. Exams are difficult, especially at our age when we have so much pressure to do well. I know each of us are dealing with something, depression or anxiety or sadness or frequent panic attacks or sickness or stress or frustration or feelings of being overwhelmed or insufficient. Or maybe all of them. But I know we can get through this somehow, that we're all going to work our butts off, and whatever happens on the exam, that it's gonna be okay. I believe in all of us.
Don't forget to
eat good food
drink water
get as much sleep as possible
take a walk
listen to calming music
And let's all be there for each other. I love you!
