#cs rants

I've been considering joining for a while but considering how many cs communities are just cesspits, I'm a bit hesitant...

OH MY GOD I get to yap about my favorite cs space ever!!! (This is the most sane cs space I’ve ever seen. The standards for cs spaces are in the 9th circle of hell at this point.)

Pros:

- They’re all very very VERY beginner friendly

- Very fleshed out lore

- Less strict with CBC

- By far the sweetest, most welcoming community I’ve been apart of

- All first myos are half off!!!

- Lots of cool prompts that actually have good incentives/built up lore behind them

- Some of the most talented artists and writers (imo) are in this community

- Join. You will absolutely not regret it.

Cons:

- Long TAT for design approvals + prompt approvals

- Occasionally strict with normal designs when it comes to traits

- Very. VERY. Grind-y. (So worth it though)

- Cannot trade myos for other species or currencies for non celestial seas art. (HOWEVER, you can offer an myo + custom for other characters/species)

It's been ages (like 3 years or so) since that happened but it left a sour taste in my mouth about closed species. Especially when one of the mods posted an auction about a design eerily similar to my friend's after they spent months in DMs and explaining their lore and design process with me. It's just overall so... bleghh to me >:(

No idea if the species is still around or not. I forgot the name due to my goldfish brain.
