drew this for a fan-run contest on twitter, the challenge was to Krangify a character in rise!

i picked Leo, obviously, and heres a bit of my thought process behind the design!

the idea i had with this was what if leo stayed trapped in the prison dimension? and krang found one of his blades and essentially used Leo to portal his way out? so poor leo here has pieces of his broken blade embedded in his arm and forming claws so her can tear open portals to wherever krang wants him to

its also hard to tell but on Leo's head is supposed to be like a third eye sort of deal, but thats what i get for drawing a side view

One year ago today Rise of the TMNT came into my life, and i couldnt be happier that it did. This show has inspired me more than anything else, it got me drawing again, and this story and characters mean so much more to me than words can say.

So all i will say is thank you. Thank you to all who helped bring this show to life and helping ignite my creative spark once again
