Thank you so much!!! So funny story, after I finished my rough draft I realized that I had a good mental image for the dress that Chell tried on, but nothing really for GLaDOS's chosen outfit. So I reached out to @mozasahan (who designed her 'everyday' outfit) for ideas on what might be found in the 90s section.
I got a link to this great resource on fashion history and she gave me some ideas like
as well as some pretty skirt and top ideas that I had to pass on ('it m u s t be a dress')
anyway, I decided on something simple but classy like the above images...
....and then forgot to go back and add any description about the dress to the chapter
