Though it was just mere information she has received from residents of this district (which would be at most, dubious, since they're part of the science people too, right?) it was a kind of salvation for the teen, probably also h o p e she's found for herself after hours of suffering. Closing her eyes for a moment, she breathed in deeply before she continued hiking up the dark path. She'll find a narrow passageway according to those she asked, soon... then she'll reach the exit of this terrible underground life. And leave that place forever.

Yet another one had only wooden huts - and a part of it was a forest; which is, at best, confusing the already troubled teen. It made her realize one thing: This isn't home. This isn't Miyagi... is what she'd tell herself, but when her eyes spot the striking bright hair of a by-passer, she'd thought she was. Maybe there was a problem with her eyes, though rubbing them didn't make him vanish, either- but is that - is that really him?

But in doing so, he unwittingly inherited the seed which was its power and essentially became a time bomb.

Even then, he succumbed once after being broken out by a traitor in his ranks, and he was afraid of relapsing in the city. Even if he’s been cured now, it’s a time he wouldn’t open up about; either out of shame, fear or just to keep someone around him from having to hear a dreadful story.
