Exactly two weeks, three days, four hours, fifteen minutes and 27 seconds since Aziraphale and Crowley successfully stopped the apocalypse, the angel and demon had just returned from having a rather delicious lunch in Brighton.
They had gone back to Crowleyâs apartment and were about to settle in for the night with a nice bottle of wine for Crowley and a good book for Aziraphale when the rain  came thundering down. Crowley swirled the red wine around the glass and looked out of the window.
âStormâs a brewingâ remarked Aziraphale from the black sofa.
âCertainly isâ replied Crowley, he was about to continue but what he saw outside, made him stop.
A girl with a black umbrella and bright red hair was standing on the other side of the pavement. She seemed to be scanning the windows on Crowleyâs side of the street for something or someone. Her eyes settled on Crowleyâs window. She smiled and then began to walk over the road towards Crowleyâs building.
âEverything alright old chap?â Came Aziraphaleâs voice directly next to Crowley making the demon jump.
âErrm, yes all fineâ said Crowley cagedly.
âAre you sure? You look quite paleâ
âYes, Iâm fine, donât fuss angel!â He snapped, pushing past Aziraphale and he sat heavily down on his gold chair for a moment, his leg bouncing up and down nervously.
Aziraphale had never seen Crowley like this. The demon was usually unflappable, but now he was staring at the wall jiggling his foot. Then the doorbell rang and Crowley sprang up, quicker than lightning. He looked towards the door and seemed to be considering whether to open it or to jump out of the window. Slowly, he walked towards the hallway and eventually plucked up the courage to actually open the door.
There stood the woman from outside. âHello dadâ she said with a small smile.
âEm, hiâ stammered Crowley.
âCan I come in?â Asked the girl who was dripping wet. Crowley made a motion indoors and she went past him.
âOh helloâ greeted Aziraphale standing up. If he had a cap on he would have doffed it.
âHi, I didnât realise you had company dad?â said the girl to Crowley.
âDad?!â Exclaimed Aziraphale.
âLong story, Iâll tell you laterâ said Crowley, he then turned to his daughter, âwhat are you doing here Violet?â
âDo I need a reason to visit my fatherâ
âWhen itâs you, yes.â
Aziraphale regarded the girl in front of him. She certainly looked like Crowley. She had the same flame red hair and bone structure but her eyes were actually a bright green instead of a snakes eyes. She was a pretty girl but could be no older than early twenties at least.
Violet sighed â I need a place to crash so I thought, why not visit dear old dadâ
âYouâre not staying hereâ
âCrowley! You canât throw your own daughter out onto the street!â Exclaimed Aziraphale.
âI can!â Exclaimed Crowley, getting up and grabbing hold of Violetâs arm about to show her out.
âPlease dad! Just one night and then Iâll go. I promiseâ pleased Violet, making her big green eyes even bigger. Crowley chewed the inside of his cheek. Violet could almost see the gears working in his brain. Finally he said âalright, just one night! You can sleep on the sofaâ
âYay! Thank you so much dad. Whereâs your loo? Iâm burstingâ
âJust through thereâ muttered the demon pointing to the left and letting go of his daughterâs arm. He recoiled a bit when Violet kissed his cheek before she bounded off to the loo. She turned around just before she disappeared from sight.
âArenât I lucky, I came looking for one dad and now I have two!â she exclaimed and then left. The angel waited until he heard the door clicked shut until he turned to the demon.
âOk tell me how this is possible that you have a daughterâ
âTheoretically it shouldnât be possible. It was back in the sixties, I went to an orgy and Violetâs mother was there. Things happened, you know, drugs were taken, Â bodily fluids were exchanged and we all left happy. Nine months later I get a call from her saying by the way Iâve just given birth to your daughter. I donât know if that was some sick joke from your lot or mineâ
âThe sixties! But she only looks about twentyâ
âThe perks of being half demon, I age slower,â said Violet who was just walking back through. âSo whatâs the plan dad?â asked Violet âor papa?â She turned to Aziraphale with a big grin on her face.
âOh papa! I like thatâ said Aziraphale with a smile on his face.
Crowley covered his face with his hands and muttered âHell help me!â
A/N: I hope this was ok, this was my first time writing Crowley and Aziraphale! Let me know if you enjoyed it!

Summary:
Nell never expected to return from her cross-country roadtrip, but when a fellow camper goes missing during her stay at the Grand Canyon, she may live far, far longer than she expected.
Crowley pressed himself back in the boot as footsteps stopped just outside. Â Already bleeding and feeling more than sorry for himself, he didnât want to think of what possible pain he was about to endure at the hand of the Winchesterâs.
However, the sound he heard wasnât of a key entering the lock, it was different and for a moment he frowned until there was a click and he flinched back at the light and covered his head.
âWoah, easy, itâs only me.â
Crowley blinked in the light and eventually Rose came into focus, her expression concerned as she looked at him, her hands up, showing they were empty.
He then frowned in confusion.
âIâm hardly going to leave you in the boot of the Impala,â She said and leaned in to take his hands and help him out. Â âEspecially as wounded as you are. Â You need to be in that hospital as much as Sam.â
Crowley stared at her as she undid his cuffs and took the gag out of his mouth, still unsure what her motivation is.
âCan you walk?â Â Rose asked, still concerned.
Heâs not sure whether he can trust his voice yet or not and gives an unsure nod.
Rose gives a small smile and takes his arm in hers. Â âCome on, letâs get you inside so they can patch you up. Â Make a start on that recovery, yeah?â
Unable to do anything else, Crowley letâs himself be led to the hospital, nurses hurrying over when they saw his condition and Rose saying a few words before they took him away, him looking back over his shoulder at her as she watched him go, her expression having not changed from one of concern.
Crowley wasnât overly sure how he felt about being patched up, especially when they insisted on getting his suit off him. Â He didnât have the energy to protest too much, nor the strength to fight them off, and as much as the things they were doing stung, he really was too numb to be doing much, even unable to answer questions.
Eventually, he was stitched and bandaged up and taken to a room with an icepack that he rested on his eye.
He stared at the ceiling until he heard a nurse talking nearby.
ââŠshould be fine.  You got him here quick enough that his injuries arenât worse for wear.  Heâs lucky to have you.â
âIs it alright if I see him?â Â He watched the door when he heard Rose talk.
âOf course! Iâm hardly going to stop you from seeing your husband dear.â
Crowley frowned as Rose laughed and entered, smiling a little sheepishly at him, closing the door behind him. Â âSorry, it was the only way I knew that Iâd be able to keep an eye on you still.â
He watches her walk across the room and sit with a heavy sigh, the smile fading a little. âLook, Iâm not going to lie to you here. Things arenât looking good for Sam, that means that Dean is going to take this even worse than what he already is and heâs going to look for any excuse. Â Obviously he canât do anything in a hospital, but right now, he doesnât even know you are here and Iâm pretty sure thereâs going to be words said once he does.â
Crowley blinks at her.
âThis is a lot, I get it,â Rose gives a small laugh. Â âYour worldâs been pretty much shifted on its head and I canât even imagine what you are feeling, but Iâm going to do my best to help you through it.â
âWhy?â The word was out of his mouth before he could stop it.
Rose stares at him for a moment, having not expected him to say anything. Â âJust be glad to have someone on your side Crowley, even after all this.â
Her attention was grabbed as heavy footfalls approached though and Dean suddenly swung open the door, eyes flashing dangerously. Â âWhat the hell do you think you are doing Rose?â
âWhatâs it look like Dean?â Â She asked angrily. Â âHe needed treatment too.â
âHe needs to be locked up.â Â Dean growled. âThat way I can easily beat him up later.â
Crowley swallows, having no doubt that Dean would actually do it.
âItâs not going to change the fact that Sam is dying Dean.â Â Rose said calmly, even as Deanâs face paled. Â âCrowley isnât bothering anyone here and Iâll stay with him. You keep an eye on Sam. Â Thatâs all this has to be.â
âDo you even care about Sammy?â Â Dean hissed. âDo you even care what happens to him?â
âOf course I do.â Â Rose stood, her voice raising a little. Â âBut donât you think we see enough senseless in this line of work that for once, we can take a moment to breath? Â Sam is dying, Crowley is wounded, Iâm at the end of my line and you being a jackass is not helping any of that.â
Dean stared at her, breathing hard. Â âFine. But heâs not getting out of this scott free.â
Dean storms out, the door slamming behind him, making Crowley wince, the noise not helping the sudden headache that he realised he had.
Rose let out a steadying breath. Â âHonestly.â She sits again, rubbing her eyes. âAs if there werenât more important things to worry about.â
Crowley frowned at this and she caught his look, her shoulders sinking.
âRight, you werenât outside with us,â She said quietly.  âThe angels have fallen Crowley.  Iâm not sure how and or why butâŠwe watched the sky light up, watched them all fall.â  Rose shudders, swallowing hard.  âAnd here I was thinking that the apocalypse would be the worst thing Iâd ever experience...â
Rose shakes her head and Crowley canât help but notice how tired she looks. Â âLook, for now, donât worry about it. Â You need to rest up,â Her smile returns when he pulls a face. Â âAs much as you donât want to hear this Crowley, youâre human now, which means you need to get used to doing all the human things again, which includes sleep.â
Crowley realised this and he didnât overly like it, his expression saying so, but he knew she was right, feeling like a weight was bearing down on his shoulders and his eyes were almost burning.
âWe can talk when youâre ready,â Rose continued quietly. Â âFor now, Iâll stay here while you sleep, make sure Dean isnât an arse, among other things.â
Crowley nods uncertainly, knowing he didnât really have much of a choice in the matter. He wanted to ask more questions, wanted to try and understand why she was possibly doing this. Â Surely she knew what he had done? Â All that had happened? Â He knew that none of the stories would be good, knew that they would be elaborated too, and yet here she sat.
He wanted to think about what future was ahead of him, what he was going to do with himself on the off chance that Dean would let him walk out of this alive. Â He wanted to think about all the stuff that heâd done, but that was when his head started to hurt too much, so he relaxed as much as he could against the pillow.
Rose got up and turned the light off, just the lamp sitting on next to her chair as she pulled out her phone and started to flick through it. Â Crowley watched her out of the corner of his eye for a little while, trying to understand, but when she makes no further movement, he returns his gaze to the ceiling, eventually slipping into a very fitful sleep.

Chapter 1:Â Men and Monsters
When we are children our parents teach us right from wrong. Or they are meant to anyway. In the end, children often see the world in black and white... Good and Evil, Men and Monsters. But, as we grow older we start to learn that there is much more to the world. That sometimes, something that we were raised to believe, was not as set in stone as we first thought, we learn that life is fluid. The balance is ever changing, yet man always tries to change the scales with talk of light as they add a coin to the dark. But then again, life is an ever changing balance...
                          ********   Â
It was just my luck that I had the worst taste in men. And I'm not just talking about the typical bad boys who are good for nothing and like to push me around, though I have had a lot of those in my life. No, I had also dated guys who were wonderful and sweet who did everything to make me happy, but they always seemed to love me more than I did them. However, I guess that's not so much bad taste as bad judgement. Whatever it is though, I never thought that it would lead me here.
Here, being the middle of nowhere Ohio, in a downpour of bitterly cold rain... Again, just my luck.
You see everything had started out good, maybe too good, I had found a guy that seemed to be the perfect mix of bad boy and good. His name was Zane Porter. He was a rather good looking guy who had forest green eyes that always shined with some kind of mischief. He was a lawyer, one of those guys that with one look you would think that he was born in a suit. But something most wouldn't know was that he was in to fast cars and had a 1969 Boss 429 Mustang. It was an electric blue with black leather seats that were a soft and buttery.
Man, I loved that car... But, not anymore. I think if I ever saw that car again I may be sick.
Here, running from that car... From that man, no, not man, monster. Someday I would look back on my definition of a monster and he would still be at the top of the list... But today, I was running, the bitterly cold rain doing little for my bruised and aching body. No, the only thing it did was cover the tears as I cried.
I knew he would follow me. After all, I got away, but for how long? If I didn't find some help soon I knew he would get me, and this time I would never get away from him. I can't tell you how, I just felt it deep in my bones. As a rather angry bolt of lighting struck the sky, lighting my dark world for a moment, that was all I needed to see a man and women up ahead of me at what must have been a crossroad. Why anyone was standing out in the middle of all this I don't know and I can tell you I didn't care.
I pushed my body just a little harder praying not for the first time that night, though this time it was that I was not seeing things, and that whoever I was seeing would help me.
I had been so lost in my head that I ran right into the rather attractive brunet. I have no idea how I didn't take us both down but maybe she was just stronger then she looked. Or I was weaker.
"What the fuck!" The women cussed trying to pry my hands from her shirt.
"Please, you have to help me!" I begged not letting go of the women; I feared if I did my knees would give out.
The women look a mix of confused and uncaring as she said to me, "You'll have to get in line, sweetheart. I already have one paying customer and you ain't it."
I had no idea what she meant even as she and I both looked over at the man who seemed to have no idea what to do with our exchange. In the time I was looking away, the women was able to remove my hands from her, dropping them and watching with a raised brow as I dropped to the soft muddy ground. Stepping over me and asking the man if they had a deal.
"But you have to help me! He's going to find me again I just know it!" I begged looking between the man and women.
I continued to beg as I did my best to pull myself up even going so far as to grab the man's leg when he looked down at me. The women sent me a dirty look.
"Stop distracting my client!" She hissed at me, before turning back and asking once again if they had a deal.
The man took one last look at me and then looked at the women, calling her a demon, giving her a yes. In a moment so quick you would think it never happened she kissed him.
"See you in ten years, Doll." She smirked and snapped her fingers and the man was gone.
Just gone, poof like some kind of magicians magic act. Except there were no trap doors, no smoke or mirrors, he was just gone like he had never been there at all. Just as I was trying to make some sense of what I just saw, the women or demon turned to me with a bored look.
"Now I wish I could help you, Doll, but you didn't summon me. And well demon or not, it's the rules, maybe next time though." She straightened up looking for all the world like she would disappear just like she had made the man.
"Please..." I wimpred one last time looking up at the women.
"Now what's all this?" An accented man's voice sounded from behind me.
Both myself and the Demon women looked at the man who had just appeared out of nowhere. The man, who I guess was a Demon too, and oh God I must have lost my mind, Demons... But, I guess at this point that's better then Zane getting his hand on me again. I shivered at the thought. The Demon was dressed in an expensive dark blue suit with a matching overcoat, and if I had been in my right mind, I would have said he was rather hot. He had a bit of a beard and a mustache, but unlike most men it fit him, he also had a full head of dark hair that was plasted to his head.
"Crowley, I was just saying goodbye to the little pet. Came running in on my deal." The Demon women said with both a verbal and physical eyeroll.
"Help me... Please..." I felt like it was rather hopeless, but I didn't think I had it in me to get up and keep moving.
Crowley looked down at me and at first the look on his face and in his eyes said he was bored with all of this already. And then his eyes moved down my body slowly, taking in my ripped leggings and the bruises that I'm sure were starting to develop on my face and wrists, that's when the look in his eyes changed though his face didn't. Somehow they became both soft and full of fury, then they snapped back up to the women beside me.
"Leave." He said in a commanding tone that had the women gone without protest.
I looked up at him fearfully, after all, what if he wanted to hurt me too? I don't know that I could get away a second time, I didn't even know how I did it the first. But I knew my strength was failing me when I very well may need it again.
But then he walked slowly to me kneeling down to touch my face "Oh Dove, what happened to you?"
Something about his soft voice made me feel safe like nothing was ever going to hurt me again though I wasn't so naive as to believe it, I let it take the fight out of me. My eyes rolling back in my head just as an even angier bolt of lighting fractured the sky in two.
I hope you all love this new story as much as I do!! You all can thank @Polkadottedgiraffe11for the idea and editing on this story! Leave a review and let me now what you think!
The Devotion of Light and the Allure of Darkness (on Wattpad) https://my.w.tt/9JE9nUcLDU For Diana Lane it would seem that both Heaven and Hell desire her. But will she chose the devotion of the light or the allure of darkness? Or will she have to? After all the allure of darkness is not the absence of light... Light trigger warning for mentions of rape.
