#crossover arc

I think it'd be funny to see them try to pretend that they're surprised by all the differences between universes, but also if one of them slips up and mentions something from the other universe that wasn't brought up yet, and the other Leo tries to cover their tracks. I think they'd try really hard not to seem familiar with the other versions of their brothers, but also feel a little saddened by how distant those brothers act towards them in their real bodies.

Also, would they still swap when they're together?

(I kinda wanna know what would happen if we threw the 87 and 03 turtles into the crossover. Omigosh, if 87 Leo and 03 Leo also swap bodies.)

We kinda already covered some of this, but the Leos would 100% slip at some point and have to cover it up badly. There needs to be humor in this au somewhere after all

They'd also be a little self conscious, because their brothers are judging them without knowing it's them. The comments about being "be more fun like [rise] Leo" or "can't you be more serious like [12] Leo" really get to them.

And they'll still swap while together. Because there's some things that could be really funny because of it.

The gossip is something I Think About, because I'm sure that there's things that their brothers only do/share with one of the Leos, so they'd get to learn more about their bros.

The mind meld is very draining, because it's cross dimensional. It's not something that the Leos could do often, and definitely not something that they'd just do casually.

And just having to like. talk it through. over the course of multiple days/weeks, because all they have is the notebook. they know that they swap in their sleep, but there's no way to confirm that they'll both be asleep at the same time, or that they'll even swap that night.

it's probably hard communicating? especially in 2012, they'll need to provide a reason for new notebooks since they can't go and get more themselves. imagine if the ran out of room, and had to go multiple weeks with little to no communicating.

Miscommunication all around! I imagine that it can get nasty. Obviously they don't try to mess things up for the other, but nothing ever goes perfect.

The Leos have had to deal with it for a while though, so usually handling something for the other is routine. But sometimes whatever happens is too far, and then animosity builds.

But there's not really a way to get back at the other, so the emotion just sits in the back of their minds, both unaware that it's a constant thing they have against each other, because usually the annoyance with the other fades after a few days.

There's definitely going to meet at some point. I'm imagining it'd be very emotional because they've known each other since they were kids, but they've never gotten to actually know the other.

Wheeljack’s shenanigans again and this time, similar to how he brought Galvatron and his crew into his universe he brought ROTB Mirage and Airazor along with Noah and Elena into his world.
