Ingredients: 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces. 1 cup gluten-free BBQ sauce. 1/4 cup honey. 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Chopped parsley for garnish optional.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Place the chicken pieces in the Crock-Pot. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the chicken and stir to coat evenly. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or high for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
