Fashion and art always walked side by side, from the freedom of expression through design, colors and shapes techniques. In this new collection, the fashion designer Fabiana Milazzo pays homage through her clothes to the paintings and the native country of the croatian artist Lena Kramaric.

Exploring feminine designs and the conscious use of raw materials, Fabiana worked with collage and overlaps techniques that she observed on Lena’s paintings. Applying together pieces of fabrics that would be disposed of, decorative and floral elements, the collection delivers artisanal and artistic pieces, that also have environmental responsibility. A loose creation process, that allows different sensations and receptions.

The color chart comes from the variations of tones that are present on Lena’s paintings. Pastel shades that vary between rose, lilac, mint, blue and off White, creating a contrast with bold and saturated colors, such as pink, red, Royal blue and dark green.

From the streets of Dubrovinik, the paintings that are born of the exotic and sensitive creativity of Lena Kramaric, now are embraced by the captivating personalities of the brazilian women through statement dresses, exclusive prints and details that deserve to be seen with a close look.
