hiiiihihihi another random post lolz,,, anyway i had this other dream where everyone was against me for no absolute reason and they’d leave me out on purpose..??? Japanese noodle dish Tensoba Tempura Soba is very tasty. It has crispy shrimp tempura served over buckwheat soba noodles in a tasty dashi broth.
Ingredients: 200g soba noodles. 8-10 pieces shrimp tempura. 2 cups dashi broth. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1 tablespoon mirin. 1 tablespoon sake. 1/2 cup sliced green onions. 1 sheet nori, shredded. Wasabi optional. Pickled ginger optional.
Instructions: Follow the directions on the package to cook the soba noodles. Afterward, rinse them under cold water and set them aside. Put soy sauce, mirin, sake, and dashi broth in a pot. Bring to a low boil. Put some cooked soba noodles in each bowl to serve. Put hot broth on top of the noodles. Put shrimp tempura, sliced green onions, shredded nori, and, if you want, wasabi and pickled ginger on top of each bowl. Serve right away.
