The fear here is so real it is palpable in my belly, possibly as endometriosis. I’m going to try to get diagnosed, officially. I’ve never seen a doctor for myself in my entire life. Perhaps I am afraid they will see how my demons manifest, in my physical form, and go to battle against them. I love my demons. I don’t want to give them up. I just want to learn to live with them.

I hate anti vaxxers as much as the next person but it’s equally alarming to me how many people will flat out deny the existence of medical malpractice ever occurring
You know that Zack D Films channel? The one that makes those informational YouTube shorts with the creepy 3D models? If you go into the comments (mainly on their Facebook reuploads) on any of his other videos, especially true crime related, all the comments will be “oh my gosh, that poor victim! That’s crazy! RIP!!!”
But suddenly they relay a story of a doctor doing something stupid and getting sued by the family of the patient, WHICH YOU CAN LOOK UP TO VERIFY, and now the comments are “lol FAKE that would never happen a doctor wouldn’t do something dangerous like that to cut corners”
Doctors are not infallible. I have more trust in them than I do with generic psychs, but at the end of the day they are still human. They can cheat on exams like anyone else, lie like anyone else, be rude like anyone else, hurt like anyone else. You don’t get the magical angel pass because you have a fancy paper.

Now that it’s disability pride month it feels like a good time to say this: I am so sick of the people that dickride for those “Amazon must-haves” content creators
Content creator that definitely has a storefront link: “this tool can slice your butter for you!”
The comments: “just slice the butter with a knife lmao”
All of the replies that are mostly able-bodied people for some fucking reason: “UM ACKSHUALLY this tool is for DISABLED PEOPLE??? Just say you’re ableist and go”
Like bestie they do not give a fuck. They did not label the video “gadgets that can aid those with low mobility/arthritis/etc.” they labelled it “MUST-HAVES” because they want YOUR non-disabled ass to buy it thinking it’ll make your life easier. The purpose of all of these accounts is to trick you into purchasing an item through their linked storefront so they can get commission from Amazon.
Support small businesses guided by disabled people for accessible gadgets, not some company selling on Amazon that abuses their factory workers.
