Audio: American reader crinklysolution has a good John voice...it sounds so....resigned...which really fits the story. Perfectly for listening to at bed time.

Story: Oh Ivy Blossom...one of the darling authors of the Sherlock fandom for good reason. I love the first half of the story, John calmly explaining his feelings about his relationship for Sherlock in this wonderful confession before what he thinks is going to be his death...of course he doesn't die, leading to PANIC because of course the world's only consulting detective is going to find out. How Sherlock does get a hold of the note book is...pure Sherlock, John never had a chance.

Rating: A, great reader, great story, happy ending

If you are into Sherlockian podficcery, I bet that, like me, you are waiting for the lovely and oh-so-talented cellardoor to complete her next novel-lenght project, Infiltrate.

In the meantime, I suggest to get ready for the awesomeness listening to the podfic of its great prequel, Needing is One Thing (Getting is Another), recorded by the amazing crinklysolution. The fic, one of my favorites, has a complex, rich plot but also EMOTIONS, and in my opinon the reader's performance is excellent.
