Not gonna lie, a little gutted with the multi format series, but also glad (in a weird way) that with the loss comes lessons and oh so many of them. The team did their best to bowl and field and honestly it looks promising, I’m hoping this team gets to play more tests. Person I feel the most for us Smriti Mandhana, she looked gutted with both her dismissals. Next up is the South Africa tour followed by a long haul in England. I hope Team India kicks arse there. Maybe there’s a trip to the UK in the near future to catch a few matches. Wheels up, pad up and bails off!

It’s a different feeling altogether when you finally finally FINALLY see someone get their due! SANJU SAMSON, it’s about bloody damn time! I am so happy for this human!!! He played an excellent excellent game today, the most sensible knock in a high pressure, high stakes game where he looked as cool as a cucumber and where this pressure didn’t seem to bother him at all.
