Un #Antipasto (???) che potrebbe essere benissimo un #PiattoUnico per completezza ed abbondanza: “ #TaglieredeiNebrodi, #GourmetSandwich, #Gazpacho & #Crostini”, anche questa, proposta “continuativa” della nostra Carta Ristorante “Pasto Nudo” Estate 2018, praticamente da sempre presente, ma continuamente in evoluzione e con sempre più spunti gastronomici e golosità varie... Oltre a squisiti #Formaggi & #Salumi #DOP e #IGP, #Verdure e #Frutti di stagione (qui vediamo #Rucola, Pomodorini #Pachino, #Funghetti dell’ #Etna, #Kiwi, ma potreste trovare anche Uva, Fichi, Melone, Ananas, Arance...), #primizie del nostro orto, #Fruttasecca & #Semi (qui #Mandorle, ma anche Noci, Anacardi, Semi di Zucca e di Girasole...), #Salse (fresco Gazpacho con Crostino/i...), ma anche Confetture, Creme, Miele, Gourmet Sandwich (più Porno che Gourmet, con #Bacon fritto, #CremadiFormaggio, #GlassadiAcetoBalsamico...), fragrante #Focaccia e qualsiasi bontà capiti a tiro della nostra Chef ed alla sua creatività! 🥓🧀 🍔 A #Starter (???) which could very well be a Unique Dish for completeness and abundance: "Tagliere dei Nebrodi, Gourmet Sandwich, Gazpacho & Crostini", also this, "continuous" proposal of our Restaurant Menù "Naked Lunch" Summer 2018, practically always present, but continually evolving and with more and more gastronomic cues and various delicacies ... In addition to exquisite #Cheeses & #CuredMeats, DOP and IGP, Vegetables and Fruits of the season (here we can see Rocket, Pachino Tomatoes, Etna Mushrooms, Kiwi, but you could also find Grapes, Figs, Melon, Pineapple, Oranges ...), first Fruits of our garden, Dried Fruit & Seeds (here Almonds, but also Nuts, Cashews, Pumpkin and Sunflower Seeds ...), Sauces (fresh Gazpacho with Crostino/ i ...), but also Jams, Creams, Honey, Gourmet Sandwich (more #foodporn than Gourmet , with fried Bacon, Cream Cheese, Balsamic Vinegar Glaze ...), fragrant Focaccia and any goodness understood by our Chef and his creativity!
