Playing spore again recently. My funny evil space dudes are called Crel. Because it sounds vaguely evil and sinister and Sci-Fi.
Every time I commit war crimes or genocide, I can't help but start evil cackling to myself constantly.
Genocide, for the record, doesn't count as a war crime in spore, and for some reason my space friends are totally cool with the fact that I kill civilisations for a living. But taking over a planet peacefully with Fanatical frenzy? Big no-no. That's why the Crel always use building-destroying bombs first.
