blood: what would your OC would sacrifice everything for? what does “everything” entail—their life, or something else? how far would they go?

frankly, samirhyllium doesn’t have much to sacrifice. he very much lives by the seat of his pants; he doesn’t have a proper concept of Belongings other than the basics like his instruments, money (which isn’t much), and any keepsakes he’s acquired. and he’s not really willing to give up those, because what value could they have to anyone but him (other than money but again, it isn’t much), but if it comes down to it then sure why not he’s not really considering it a ‘sacrifice’

and the only thing he’d be willing to sacrifice anything for is his own life. and this means that the only things that he’s able to give up are either his own ideals or … straight up not his. but that never stopped anyone! when it comes to self preservation sami becomes a natural fucking disaster. he will destroy anything and everything in his path if it means staying alive and relatively safe—whatever morals he has left, valuables that aren’t his, lives that aren’t his—it’s all fair game! and buddy he’s going as far as he feels he needs in order to preserve his own life. he will flatten mountain ranges if it means living one more day. but don’t worry i’m sure this won’t cause any problems ever

(there is maybe one other thing he’d be willing to sacrifice it all for but that is, in his words, ‘nunya’)

spring: what does your OC miss most? will they ever be reunited? how would they feel about that?

sami doesn’t miss much! the end is inevitable! why fear it! well Other than the mysterious disappearance of his old traveling companion . he’s absolutely certain she’s dead—what other conclusion can you come to when your camp is ransacked and covered in blood—but hey! he lives in a world full of magic! who says death has to do you part?

he frankly doesn’t think about The Reunion. he’ll get there when he gets there (and he will). it’s somewhere over the horizon. but he’s generally not an especially emotional person, and the emotions he is triumphed by present themselves in odd ways. tearful reunions and verbal catch-up aren’t really his thing. he probably sees that shit as an insignificant waste of time. instead he’s grabbing your hand and dragging you right back into all the madness you got yourselves into before to make up for lost time. but that’s a long while away—so in the meantime he’s just going to keep electrocuting the fuck out of himself with weird death crystals

no: how does your OC respond to being refused, rebuffed, or ignored? are they willing to accept ‘no’ as an answer?

all things considered, sami tends to be a pretty cooperative person. while, yes, he is extremely selfish, he’s not malicious, and so along with being generally friendly as hell, he’ll cooperate if he has no reason not to. of course he also happens to be pretty headstrong so he’ll debate the hell out of a refusal but hey, you win some you lose some. this doesn’t apply in a lot of petty situations though—like if he’s told ‘no, you can’t buy that’ then, well, he’ll steal it LOL. but most of the time personal disagreements end very tamely—if not with an ‘i see your point’ then he’ll at least lay down an ‘agree to disagree’ unless he’s particularly passionate about a subject. he doesn’t take rejection very personally and doesn’t see a point in causing a scene over it, since he truly doesn’t want to hurt anyone or cause unnecessary trouble
