Hello, Alumni, Hyper-Friends and the world!
We are team 100 Spänn, four guys from the digital business school Hyper Island, that right now are helping Alumni to figure out what the future of leadership and executive search might look like.
ROBIN aka “The Love Guru”
Robin is an expert when it comes to knowing what a team needs and handle conflicts. He is the one that makes sure that we are focusing on how we are working and that everyone's voice gets heard.
When he isn’t innovating new ways of working Robin likes to fly drones and eat halloumi, which he according to himself have a weirdly strong passion to.
On his spare time Robin runs an art-collective and freelances as a filmmaker with a focus on VR.
Simply a very nice person to have in your team.
CHRIS aka “The People's Voice”
Whenever you try to imitate someone, there’s always that one person that does it better than you, in our team it is Chris.
If you don’t need use of his amazing vocal skills you always count on Chris when it comes to teamwork and facilitating a group.
An honest person that says what he thinks in every situation, it is hard to find a more solid rock to lean on.
Therefore he is the perfect fit as a project manager, luckily for us, that is the position he has in our team.
FABIAN aka “The Technological Amazon Praiser”
Fabian is our groups consumer electronic fanatic. He loves ordering stuff online and wait for them to be shipped.Other than that Fabian loves people.
The daily interaction with people around him is essential and showing them how things work in order for them to easily understand it, is his passion. In other words, he loves helping people to improve their daily lives.
Great guy.
VIKTOR aka “The Talking Encyclopedia”
Viktor is the groups know-it-all in lack of a better word. There is a lot of interesting stuff stored in his tiny head. He loves to learn, humbly educate and to see the big picture. He can talk for hours about a single subject and make it sound interesting. Viktor actively listens to people that have differing opinions. He gives them maximum energy to understand where the person in question comes from and tries to ask the smart questions to understand why someone has a specific opinion.
Viktor has the brainpower that the team requires.
Very early in our project we decided that we wanted to be very open with how we are working and share our process and learnings to the the people of Alumni and our classmates. We think that this is a great way to exchange learnings and get feedback on how we are working.
Although it has taken some time for us to figure out how we want to do this, we have now figured out that this blog and a Snapchat account will be the perfect mix to share our ways of working.
This blog to be able to share our insights and learnings and the Snapchat account to share all the fun we are having in a less formal way. Having fun is something we think is really important to keep the energy in a working environment.
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THIS BLOG?
Our main purpose with this blog is to share our thoughts and learnings from the different phases of our project. We will also summarise our snapchat-story and upload it here as a video so even the ones who doesn’t use snapchat can see it.
Occasionally other things will be uploaded here aswell like tips, funny videos, etc.
