This evening, the First Family and Washington, DC's elite are gathering to participate in the 2014 National Tree Lighting Ceremony.  The 92-year-old tradition will commence with a pre-show on the Ellipse at President's Park.  

Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson will co-host the festivities, while CPP client Ne-Yo, the legendary Patti Labelle, and others perform holiday classics.

The event begins at 4:30PM/ET and is available to stream on the White House's YouTube channel at 5PM/ET.  The event will also air on PBS. Check local times and air dates here.

Ne-Yo and Pitbull are becoming quite the collaborators.  

Three years ago, they set the world on fire with "Give Me Everything."  And just in time for the holiday season they've reunited for another club banger called "Time Of Our Lives."  As we close out the year and look forward to 2015, the feel-good jam is the perfect anthem to heat up a house party or a dance floor during these cold months.  Take Ne-Yo's advice and, "Pour it up, drink it up, throw it up tonight."

Creative Production Partners' (CPP) client Ne-Yo thrilled fans on Halloween at Philly's Power 99 Powerhouse 2014 concert. The "She Knows" singer and his dancers got in the holiday spirit by transforming into zombies before taking the stage at the sold out event.  Makeup Arist and CPP client Geeta Khanna achieved the look of the living dead by covering Ne-Yo and his Miss Rights in full body makeup.

As important as music, dance, and songwriting are to Ne-Yo, giving back to his community is equally as important.  Seven years ago, the multi-GRAMMY award winning entertainer founded the Compound Foundation to draw awareness to and support for children in our foster care system.  The mission of the organization is "to forge healthy relationships, pursue education and training, learn entrepreneurship basics and realized their dreams."

On Friday, September 12, Ne-Yo, along with Saturday Night Live cast member and comedian Jay Pharoah, hosted Compound Foundation's 3rd Annual Fostering a Legacy Benefit.  

The event carried a Great Gatsby theme and was held at New York City's historic Gotham Hall.  As the event's 350 VIP guests, which included Kevin Liles, Motown Records' Ethiopia Habtemariam, and Carol's Daughter's Lysa Price, to name a few, approached the grand venue, two Porsches were displayed out front.  The luxury car brand served as an event partner for the night's festivities.  Porsche Cars North America also was honored for its generous support for Compound Foundation's cause.  Cristina Cheever, the brand's Head of Lifestyle & PR accepted the Corporate Commitment Award on behalf of Porsche.   

In addition to Porsche, Compound Foundation recognized  Walgreen's Chief Diversity Officer Steve Pemberton and GRAMMY U Executive Director Jodie Blum.  Each recipient shared personal and moving stories that showcased why they were so deserving of the honor.  

In addition to co-hosting the event, funny guy Pharoah put his comedic and celebrity impression skills to work as he provided laughs for the evening.  His Trey Songz imitation won the crowd over.  But as spot on as he was, Pharoah couldn't out do a live performance form the R&B heartthrob, himself.  

Trey Songz brought the guests to their feet as he serenaded the crowd.  And the man of the hour, Ne-Yo, closed out the evening with a performance of his own.  The hitmaker performed a medley of tracks including his new smash, "She Knows", a single from his upcoming album, NonFiction, scheduled for a 2015 release.

After Ne-Yo shut it down, the attendees partied into the morning to soulful tunes spun by the legendary Roots Crew DJ, Questlove.

Bachata heartthrob and Bronx native, Prince Royce has been hitting the stages of Latin America while headlining his Soy El Mismo Tour, all year.  His US-based fans have been patiently waiting for his return to American soil.  And the wait is almost over!  

On July 31 in San Jose, CA, Prince Royce will kickoff the US leg of his highly anticipated tour, produced by us, CreativeP2.  Major cities include:   Los Angeles, Houston, Charlotte, Atlantic City, Miami Beach, and finally, New York City at the Theater at Madison Square Garden.  

The best-selling female group of all time, TLC, is currently visiting Australia for the first time in their 20 year career.  Hard to believe — we agree.  But from the looks of the fans’ speechless and tearful reactions from the exclusive footage in the meet and greet videos below, it appears TLC’s loyal fans are thrilled the wait is over!

While in Australia, T-Boz and Chilli will make up for lost time.  They have five performances scheduled in four Australian cities including Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, and Perth, before heading to Japan. 

Four-time Grammy Award nominee, Robin Thicke, was this year's special guest performer at Derek Jeter's 18th Annual Turn 2 Foundation dinner. After a night of honoring the foundation's 19 graduates of its signature Jeter's Leaders program, guests participated in a highly competitive live auction, followed by a 15 minute interview with Seth Meyers and Derek Jeter.  To conclude the evening, Robin Thicke and his live band entertained everyone with a very upbeat, and soulful performance, produced by us, Creative Production Partners.  

Thicke sang Magic from his album Something Else.  He also covered Michael Jackson and Al Green to perfection, before closing out the evening with his smash hit, Blurred Lines.  

We've worked with the Turn 2 Foundation for 10+ years and are always in awe of the meaningful work they do in our communities.  We're honored to lend our services toward making their event a night to remember, and look forward to doing it again next year.
