I created these drawings for Jenn in @procreate . Jenn is opening a new chapter in her life and wanted to celebrate it with a portrait and drawing session with me. . I was honoured, so we set up a shoot at a safe social distance and had a lot of fun. . Connecting the shapes of someone’s face with a continuous line, knowing that line is being used to celebrate another trip around the sun and a new chapter opening is a big honour. . I’d even say it’s a bigger gift for me because creating it and sharing has brought a lot of joy. . The irony is Jenn has been following my wheat pastings around town and my Instagram too. . But wait, there’s more, we know each other from Dress for Success Vancouver, where I was a volunteer for many years.. .
